Pros:

The reception of the front-desk team was very good. They assisted the guest rooms and the hotel. The housekeeping team is very friendly and has provided very good service from their perspective. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. If we ask for anything, they will be delivered quickly. The girl who cleaned our room was very kind to us and we were very grateful. They provide us the pool side service also for food and drinks. We enjoyed a lot by staying there, even they only arrange the transport for us and arrange one tourist also as we requested ,the hotel driver going is very good to us

If we visit again to pattaya city we definitely prefer to stay over there and I recommend my friends also to stay their

Clean and good location hotel
Pros:

Walking distance to Terminal 21, Pattaya Beach and Tiffany Show.
The breakfast variety is limited.

Very enjoyable stay. The rooms were large and beds firm but very comfortable. Staff very accommodating and helpful, however the property could perhaps invest in more sun loungers by the pool and the sun deck near the pool needs an overhaul.

Veldig fornøyd med hotellet og rommet.
Det jeg savnet i rommet var en safe. Og frokost servering, det var det desverre ikke, på hotellet.
Men ellers veldig fornøyd. Kommer gjerne tilbake til LEK Hotel, neste gang vi skal til Pattaya

I wasn't even at the steps to the hotel, and the staff came over to me and took my suitcase!! A great start! I met the front desk staff, and they checked me in super fast! And, when I turned around, the bell hop guy had already taken my suitcase up to my room!! I changed into my swimming trunks and got to the pool! A perfect pool! It's 1.5 meters deep. Perfect temperature. Lots of lounging chairs are available. It's just a gorgeous, clean hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful!! If you need to feel like a special guest, come to Hotel J. Pattaya!!

I am on my last day here at Hotel J Pattaya. I can tell you that the hotel is wonderful. I was here from Feb 4 to 18. The staff are incredible! SO FRIENDLY and helpful! The place is constantly being cleaned by someone. The rooms are fantastic. The place seems empty of people.
Most times, the pool has nobody swimming in it. There's a separate kids' pool. It looks great! A gentle slide. Water guns mounted on the pool deck. Lots of floatie toys for the kids..life jackets too! Hardly anyone around.
If you come here for some nightlife (at the hotel, I mean), there's none. The bar is closed. It's pretty quiet here at night.
To get to downtown is only a mile walk (1.6 km). Twenty minute walk. That will take you right by the amazing Terminal 21 mall, which is just a half mile away! And just a quick walk up from the hotel is a 7-Eleven store to get snacks and liquor. There is no store in the hotel.

バスでパタヤに行ったのてすが、着いたパスターミナルからも歩いていく事ができ(15分くらい)ターミナル21までも(10分くらい)歩いていけて便利で静かな場所だったので、ゆっくり寛ぐ事ができました。部屋もグレードアップしてもらい快適に過ごす事が出来ました。値段以上でコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルです。

They advertised that there was a gym facility and upon arrival they informed us that the gym is closed for refurbishment. Staff English was very poor and communicating and asking for anything was a mission.
