Good Hotel Near Terminal 21, Slightly Far from the Beach
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The property is also within walking distance of Terminal 21, which was very convenient for shopping and dining.
Another advantage is that a 7-Eleven is located very close to the hotel, making it easy to pick up snacks, drinks, or any daily essentials at any time.
One thing to note is that the hotel is a little far from the beach and the central marina area. However, if you enjoy walking, the distance is manageable and can be a nice way to explore the surroundings.
The breakfast was good, but it is served in the hotel's neighboring building, so guests need to walk over each morning. It wasn't a major issue, but having breakfast in the same building would be more convenient.
I would also suggest improving the bathroom lighting, as I found it quite dim. Additionally, the air conditioner in my room was leaking water and making noise when I first checked in. However, after I contacted reception, they promptly sent a technician who resolved the issue, which I appreciated.
Overall, the hotel offers spacious rooms, good service, and a convenient location near Terminal 21. While there are a few areas for improvement, I had a comfortable stay and would consider staying here again.

Sehr gute Adresse, herzlicher Serice.
Pros:

Ein sehr sauberes, komfortables Hotel in guter Lage mit äußerst freundlichen und stets bemühten Mitarbeitern. Man fühlt sich wohl und gut aufgehoben. Es war mein zweiter Aufenthalt, ich werde wieder buchen.

Families with small children seemed to enjoy the facilites
Pros:

The location was perfect for all the main attractions. The staff was friendly and professional.

Cons:

I paid for an upgraded room with pool access. The room assigned had NO hot water. Even when staff attempted to fix the issue, I was told the warm water was the best that can be provided. After two nights we requested to be moved and were told we would have to pay an additional fee even though the new room was not considered an upgraded room which I reserved and paid for. After discussion with a supervisor, there was no additional fee. However, I was also not refunded my upgrade charge since I no longer would have direct pool access. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
