Pros:

建物、設備は古いが、スタッフの手によって清潔にメンテナンスされていて、設備の新しさにこだわらない身としては居心地が良かった

Cons:

これは仕方ないことですが、馬毛島米軍施設建設に従事する客が多く、そのため普通の観光客への部屋提供、宿泊代が10年前に比べてとても高額となっていること
