Le lit confortable

Cons:

Foyer non fonctionnel et mur plâtrer et non peint.
Frigo gelait les aliments et coulait sur le plancher. Il a fallu signaler la propreté des équipements, faire nettoyer notre poêle et chaudron car très sale. Spa loin du pavillon et piscine intérieure petite. (Toute les installations sont chloré, avis aux allergiques) De plus on avait une vue sur un chantier de construction qui débutait dès 8 hre le matin.

Cleaning of room policy needs to be updated to 2026! Their present policy it’s from 1910!

Cons:

As world travelers we didn’t know we had to put sign “make up room” so our room was not cleaned when we returned from our daily activities. Elisa, the manager, was unwilling to help in any way except to go to reception to get clean towels!! She insisted without the sign on the door our room could NOT have been cleaned! The pretense was ridiculous and the follow up on trying to solve the problem was useless at best! 👎👎

Cons:

Limited dining choices. Room was very warm. Thermostat on wall not for AC. Temperature controlled by front desk staff. Slowest elevator.

Hôtel sympa mais aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement

La chambre était spacieuse et la piscine chauffée très agréable.

Cons:

La personne qui nous a fait le Check-in (Caroline il me semble) n’était absolument pas aimable. Les 2 fois où on a eu à la solliciter elle faisait presque la tronche et était tout sauf accueillante et manquait même de politesse à certains moments. Heureusement que nous ne sommes pas restés sur cette fausse note car nous avons ensuite eu à faire à une autre personne très accueillante et serviable qui nous a réservé notre croisière pour voir les baleines.
