I appreciated the fact that many of the staff spoke English making our stay earier. Restaurant had good food and service.
We were disappointed to learn upon arrival that our accommodations were located in the pavilion rather than the main hotel, which was not specified at the time of booking.

Outdated. Pavilions too far from main hotel. Requires shuttle to go for dinner. One good thing is restaurant was great and very good price.
The place feels old and needs a refresh, the restaurant is more like a cafeteria and doesn’t match the price asked for our room on a long weekend. The person at the front desk also turned disrespectful to my wife when we requested our room to be made. On the positive side, the SPA is nice, the location is great and overall although the hotel experience was not part of the highlight of our vacation, it was also not so bad that it tarnished it. That said we will try something else next time.

Staff at check in was not very helpful.
Arrived at 1PM and the room wasnt ready, which happens. i found it weird for a Wednesday but hey ok. They told us to come back after 4PM closwer to 5PM, which is actually unacceptable. i then asked the clerk (Maria) to text me when the room would be ready and she declined and gave me the number to call back. very poor service.
They advertised a Hotel Casino - there was NO casino in the hotel
We were in pavillon b which has 2 nice outdoor hot tubs. Twechose a riverview and the view was spectacular. There is also a small stove top, fridge, microwave andcoffee maker which is 0a great set up for breakfast. We were grateful for the shuttleas it was a steep walk (stairs) to the manoir, to golf,to the port area and to the main hotel . all in all a very nice place. We will be back.
It is a terrible experience with this hotel in room 354. There is very strong chemical odor smell. Talked to the staff in reception but not help. They just tell me they are fully booked and not able to switch rooms. They even didn’t send someone to check. Stay away from it!!!!
First off, upon returning home, we realized the hotel charged us for our entire stay twice so now waiting to get over $600 back that should never have been charged. Second, the hotel is tired. The furnishings are worn out and dated. The air conditioner is so incredibly loud that they provide you with ear plugs. The srsff
