Very nice hotel with beautiful facilities and nice location
It was hard to find staff sometimes and the plan for serving breakfast was not great or well communicated

Gorgeous architecture, recently updated hotel, great restaurant, and a truly luxury experience without being too expensive. Being so close to the arts district and town square made it feel like small town living. The staff were kind and knowledgeable, and the birdsong in the pink bougainvillea at dawn and dusk made this feel like paradise. Shout-out to Grace from Cabo Adventures, as she took care of us when we booked a sunset sailing tour. She really made a difference and helped us when we almost missed our pickup.

Located in a cute little town with lots of shopping. The beach is a 10 minute walk away.
It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Outstanding hotel experience. Visited to celebrate my 80th BD. Every morning had a wonderful breakfast with the most pleasant waiter, Arnulfo. Spacious and beautifully decorated room, great fish tacos, great pancakes with marscapone sweet cheese and fresh berries.
fabulous hotel. awesome sevice. great place to get away and relax and right in the heart of the arts district. food and drinks were spectacular as well.
Facility, service and location was terrific.
The over the top service was our on site Trip Advisor, Grace. Accessible, kind, resourceful and an advocate when illness struck and I had to reschedule a trip. She managed to resolve what seemed an un-resolvable issue.

We have stayed at many Hilton properties over the years but after our stay last weekend at the Tropicana Los Cabos, I can say that Hilton has lost a customer. I’m sharing this so others are aware of our experience.
Following check out, I received an email stating that a robe was missing from the room and that the hotel had added a charge to our bill. I responded immediately explaining that there was only one robe in the room when we checked in, and we never even used it. We're talking $28 here. If we mistakenly packed the robe with our clothes, I would OF COURSE pay for it, without hesitation. We just spent nearly $2500 at this property, and to be accused of stealing a $28 robe is insulting. This is a matter of principal for us.
The hotels 'gesture of goodwill' was offering a credit for the amount charged that could be used on a future stay. No thank you.
Warning to customers, take stock of what's in your room!
Really cute hotel. The spirit of old Mexico. Warm, kind staff. Not too big or noisy. Good restaurant. Great pool. Everyone here is very nice, especially Raul, the poolside bartender; he’s the best! He caters to your entire afternoon around the pool.

Staff was exceptional, at all levels of service roles. Location was perfect for our walking/exploring needs. Loved the pool and hot tub. Excellent restaurant attached. Very quiet, safe and beautifully refurbished. The room was comfortable.
Need to be careful at the thresholds of one’s room entrance. First time out of the unit the next morning I fell.
The night-lights along the connecting open hallway light up the room at night as there are no blackout curtains.
The hotel and grounds were beautiful and unique. I liked my room.
The shower in my room wasn't good. First the handle to turn on the shower fell off and I had to get a repair person. After I got in the shower I realized the soap dispenser didn't work so I used shampoo on my whole body.
Both times I used the shower the water got all over the floor near the toilet. I had to use multiple towels to clean it up.
I was meeting a friend at the hotel and we both had single rooms. The people at reception did not want share my friends room number. We wasted several hours just trying to find each other.
The excellent and attentive staff.
