Would stay again. Excellent location and privacy.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, at all levels of service roles. Location was perfect for our walking/exploring needs. Loved the pool and hot tub. Excellent restaurant attached. Very quiet, safe and beautifully refurbished. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

Need to be careful at the thresholds of one’s room entrance. First time out of the unit the next morning I fell.
The night-lights along the connecting open hallway light up the room at night as there are no blackout curtains.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful and unique. I liked my room.

Cons:

The shower in my room wasn't good. First the handle to turn on the shower fell off and I had to get a repair person. After I got in the shower I realized the soap dispenser didn't work so I used shampoo on my whole body.
Both times I used the shower the water got all over the floor near the toilet. I had to use multiple towels to clean it up.

I was meeting a friend at the hotel and we both had single rooms. The people at reception did not want share my friends room number. We wasted several hours just trying to find each other.

Perfect stay in San Jose Del Cabo, old town!!

Location was great. The property is classic beautiful old Mexico.

Cons:

Private interior courtyard with pool that was heated. Excellent service from all staff, from checking in, to bringing a bed and bowls for our dog, to an amazing breakfast that is included with the room and friendly staff service! Everything was great!

Worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. Trent tiny room. No seperate wash area. No fridge. No iron. Off brand coffee capsules that were terrible. Noisy and poor insulation. Good member benefit of continental breakfast was two slices of bread, a coffee and 6 slices of fruit with a tablespoon of yogurt flavored with honey and garlic. Yes you read that right. Awful.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Very comfortable bed and quiet room.

Cons:

Wish the room had a mini fridge. Needed been better communication regarding the location of the lobby for check in.
