Hotel Santa Fe Loreto by Villa Group

It was exactly what we needed

this property was great.. Mario really helped us. and Soledad kept my room very clean!! can't wait to go back..

This it’s a pet friendly hotel. That’s the reason why I got it and my pet could only be at the room I didn’t understand why

Mario at the reception went above and beyond. The pool staff was excellent, they made sure the jacuzzi was warm and bubbly! We will stay here again:))

This hotel is very antique. I appreciate that the AC works well. The costumer service was not the best. The restaurant takes extremely long to come out with food. One night that I dined in, I waited an hour for a salad while a table of 8 people who arrived after us received all of their meals before us. This place claims to be dog friendly but they do not allow service dogs to leave the room which is absolutely ridiculous. This place clearly doesn’t have a clear understanding of what a service dog is and what pet friendly means.

The bedding needs to be updated and upholstery needs to be cleaned. The pillows had stains.

Nice place, but WiFi was spotty and limited to public areas

Very clean property with wonderful friendly staff. A very good value over all. Good air conditioning, nice restaurant, and a mini market on site.

Only negative was that there was no hot water in our room which made morning showers extra special, and the bed was very small for two people.

Best place on the Baja to stay safe and love the Hotel been staying there almost every year since they opened

El hotel y atención del personal fue muy buena, solo que esta ubicado a un kilometro del centro y si quieres estar en esa zona tendrías que caminar cada que quieras ir.

Check in was easy , we were on the 3rd floor . Service for the WiFi didn’t work once the whole time I was there . Our water went our twice and the noise at night was ridiculous .. Everynight , it sounded like someone was moving furniture around , I couldn’t tell if it was the room next to us or above us , but it was hard to sleep . I also don’t like that they have to keep your ID to rent towels . Once you’re done , they’ll give it back .

On the plus side , The restaurant was good and the pool was warm . Cleaning service was great .

The room was light by giant lights from the rooftop out front and could not get darkness in the room. We were woken by alarms and the AC unit making a horrible noise that could not be stopped. This was at 3 am, We checked in after 6 planning on leaving by 6 am the next day. Nothing to due but get ready and leave. I stopped by the hotel desk and showed video of what we endured and they said since we booked through Hotels.com, it was them who I had to speak to. No help and Hotels.com is just as bad customer service.

The property was clean and quiet. The staff, especially the Concierge Ester, were all very helpful. We mistakenly left something in the room when we checked out, and when we realized it and returned to the hotel the maid was bringing the item to the front desk. We were so relieved!
It was an easy walk to the plaza and the malecon. Highly recommend this property.

Very clean, well-kept property - great service!

What I didn't like about was the only window in the room was the glass sliding door which was also the entrance door and lacks the privacy unless blinds were down all the time which makes the room dark.
