Great base for Port Elizabeth
Pros:

We had the presidential suite, which was large and spacious. We found all the staff to be very helpful and were very quick to turn around our washing.

Cons:

We had a meal in the restaurant, where the food was very nice, but it was not busy, which was a shame. But the room lacked air-conditioning, which made it uncomfortable on a hot day.

Pros:

Its our 4th visit, everything was perfect except for the following.
The first breakfast was a full English and it was disgusting, the plate was swimming in oil, rock hard bacon, Rock hard and old potatoe rosstie, really poor quality and not up to their standards, however the management made amends by apologizing and sending a bottle if wine and some snacks to the room, and I ordered the same breakfast the following and it was perfect.
The only other thing is PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR ROOM TV'S TO SMART TVS.
Overall another excellent stay and we will definitely be back soon!

My family and I had good stay at the place, thanks to all ladies we found in the reception, cleaning lady’s and staff at

The property is in good condition, clean and close to both the mall and beach.

Cons:

On our first morning break fast, the staff brought the food and left us unattended to, (no drinks, no toasted bread) no one to engage. Lucky for us the owner /manager coming to our assistance. This led to this particular hostess lady being hostile to us not even greeting us. Attitude issues, on the last day I request more cold drink to have breakfast with, she takes the very same glass I’m using go fill it up in the kitchen!
