Home away from home - loved my stay
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, full of stunning art and small touches that make the experience both unique and memorable. Service is seamless, food is superb - it is so easy to relax and enjoy. It’s my second time at this hotel - and I would not want to stay anywhere else.

L'équipe réception au check-in nous a fait un accueil formidable et au Check out pareil, très bonne énergie dans cette équipe, ça fait du bien de se sentir bien accueilli , chambre impeccable, pas eu le temps de tester le spa malheureusement, nourriture du petit déjeuner top

Cons:

La serveuse du petit déjeuner, zéro sourire, faudrait qu'elle arrête de soupirer ou de montrer son agacement quand elle prend une commande, elle devrait changer de métier si elle n'en peut plus à ce point

Posiblemente el hotel que más me ha gustado en toda mi vida.
Pros:

La decoracion y el edificio. Un palacete art déco lleno de obras de arte originales. El personal es encantador. La habitación una suite de 100 m2 con muebles exquisitos. La comida excelente. Me dió mucha pena tener que irme.

Great base for Port Elizabeth
Pros:

We had the presidential suite, which was large and spacious. We found all the staff to be very helpful and were very quick to turn around our washing.

Cons:

We had a meal in the restaurant, where the food was very nice, but it was not busy, which was a shame. But the room lacked air-conditioning, which made it uncomfortable on a hot day.
