Welcoming and calm to come back to after a busy day.
Pros:

We enjoyed the hotel ambience it was calm and welcoming after a very hectic but amazing Holy Week. We Also went to meet family who work on Silver Seas cruise ship, so the day was long and full on.

Cons:

The bar area at the pool could improve but again that was lovely just a little slow. Also the glasses used to serve these drinks could be improved upon, but that's being very picky !

Also I need a large mug of tea to get me going in the morning - bigger cups in the bedrooms. With a lot more milk and tea bags.

Extremely disappointing
Pros:

Location is convenient. Dinner restaurant is good.

Cons:

It does not feel 5 star and certainly not as good as 4 star hotels near by. Breakfast was awful, from poor service, cold food and dirty cups. Rooms have no drawer space or storage other than wardrobe
Pool is described as mini and is very cramped. Turn down service didn’t live up to that expected of 5 star hotels.
