Las instalaciones no son las de un hotel de 5 estrellas, faltan cosas tan esenciales como dos tipos de almohada. Me decepcionó la zona de la piscina, los sumideros estaban sucios, la comida que pedias te la traían en tapers de plástico con cubiertos de usar y tirar, el suelo era de mala calidad y quemaba, el toldo estaba desgastado...

Die Lage des Hotels nahe der Altstadt, alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Zur Begrüßung steht am Empfang ein kleiner Getränke- und Speisewagen an dem man sich bedienen kann.
Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich vielseitig und gut.
Das Restaurant bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Gerichten. Die Qualität der Speisen war optisch und geschmacklich sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war lecker und grosszügig.

Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr schön.

Das Zimmer war verhältnismässig gross.

Toll dass es einen Pool gibt, leider hat es zu wenig Liege- bzw. Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Der Mann welcher für die Koffer und Autos zuständig war, war super freundlich.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten, was grosszügig war - jedoch haben wir wegen dem Strassenlärm auf eine höhere Kategorie (mit Nachzahlung) wechseln müssen und waren schlussendlich gar nicht zufrieden.

Cons:

Wir wurden sehr kalt empfangen und haben uns nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Die Junior-Suite war bereits sehr abgenutzt, das Bad wurde nicht richtig gereinigt und es gab zudem keine Toilettenbürste.

Der Kellner beim Frühstück war leider unfreundlich, hat immer wieder mit den Augen gerollt. Wir mussten ihm ständig nachlaufen wenn wir was wollten - dabei gab es eigentlich Bedienung, es kam aber nie jemand an unseren Tisch - trotz wenigen Gästen. Schade..

Um den Pool herum ist es leider nicht sehr sauber. Es standen überall benutztes Geschirr und Gläser herum. Dasselbe gilt auch für den „Spezialbereich“ im 4. Stock.

Das alles darf meiner Meinung nach in einem 5*-Hotel alles nicht sein.

Leider gab es in der ersten Nacht einen Vorfall um ca. 01:45 Uhr - ein Paar hat sich im Gang so laut gestritten und angeschrien, dann gingen sie ins Zimmer und immer wieder wurde die Tür auf und zugeschlagen, die Frau ging weinend raus - ich hatte wirklich unglaubliche Angst und habe mich gar nicht mehr wohlgefühlt. Bei der Meldung am Empfang ist man gar nicht darauf eingegangen.
