Je n’ai pas aimé le comportement du manager de la réception qui a été très désagréable
Je lui ai fait part d un problème au restaurant et il n a trouvé aucune solution mais en plus extrêmement désagréable !
L’emplacement est parfait, la literie confortable, la piscine est un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif.
Le parking facturé en plus à 30 euros la nuit.

Personalet ved check-in var venlige. Beliggenheden var god. Morgenmad god.
Poolen var ikke ren/renset. Vandet var ikke klart begge dage vi ville benytte den. Værelser var meget lille og meget mørkt. Et lille loftsvindue med udsigt direkte til væg.
Staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout the whole trip, and very accommodating doing anything you needed very quick. The place itself was lovely and clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Breakfast was great and the restaurant food was absolutely amazing.
Pool slightly small with people leaving towels on seats all day but if you’re up there early enough it’s okay.

Der außergewöhnliche Einrichtungsstil mit vielen Extras. Das Personal ist sehr gut 👍 geschult auch in Bezug auf Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Auch der letzte Abend mit Gitarren 🎸 Musik und Häppchen Tapas war etwas besonderes… der Preis für ein großes Radler mit 10 Euro war im Gegensatz zu Cocktails etwas erhöht, aber sonst würde ich gerne wieder kommen. Das Roof Top 👍 Pool 🏊🏻 ist etwas ganz besonderes so mitten in der City. Besonders gut ist auch das Frühstücken, wo man alla carte ein Omelette bestellen kann…
Der stark erhöhte Bier 🍺 Preis und das es nur Filterkaffee ☕️ zum Frühstücken gibt… also kein hochwertiger Kaffeeautomat mit Latte Macchiato etc

Offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony for a charge, balcony isn’t usable and overlooked a burnt out Ibis hotel. Would definitely not have upgraded had I known..
