Clean, safe, quiet
Pros:

It was excellent. Super helpful staff and very clean and safe and quiet. Exactly what I was looking for when traveling for work.

Cons:

The only thing was the blanket was very thin so I was a little hot and cold at the same time kind of thing at night.

The coffee was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was a musty, stale smell, possibly old cigarette smoke. The mini-fridge did not have a separate freezer so nothing would stay frozen. The "ground floor room" still required 8 steps up to get to.

Sheets and towels smelled like outdoors

Cons:

Rock hard bed...no hair dryer...had to purchase any shampoo or conditioner...no amenities in room. Only Coffee offered in lobby.
Toilet was so low, unable to get off toilet for handicapped person.

Just No!
Pros:

The price and location was great!

Cons:

When we walked in our room, there were cracks in the bed platforms on both sides, duct tape holding the foot boards together, floor panels lifting, shower head was loose and wobbled, the walls looked like kids scribbled on the walls but tried to clean it but didn't, and more. I called after we checked in and tried to explain but was told just not to sit there during our stay but it was OK because they put braces under the bed.
