Wrong hotel, we stayed at fletcher hotel wageningen
Staff unhelpful. Rude and not interested, Yousef was very rude and not helpful.
Double booked rooms, got our booking wrong, did not apologise for mistakes. Room keys constantly failed. Twin room requested, double given, people already rooms , was told I had to pay again for the booking after paid and confirmed..rooms not cleaned very well
Very poor, NEVER use Fletcher group again, for group bookings or single.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING
Room - comfortable, but bed was two singles pushed together with single duvets. Our check-in person at least was friendly, helpful and competent and eventually managed to correct all the errors caused by her colleagues at the other two local Fletcher hotels we'd been sent to. Check out person was apologetic and gracious.
Organisation between hotels - disjointed. We had been warned we should report to Wolfheze hotel but would be referred to another local Fletcher hotel. The front desk was rude and effectively told us to go away. A security guard gave us the address of the nearest Fletcher hotel but they'd not got our booking. They were bordering on rude but found our booking had been referred to a third hotel. Had we been properly informed in advance we could have simply one there in the first place. When we arrived they were surprised it was only two of us as three separate identical bookings had been referred.
Restaurant - limited menu for non-red meat eaters and pricey. Breakfast - under-staffed and disorganised with many tables left uncleared and various foods unreplenished for extended periods. If you stay here double check in advance you're booked into the hotel you think you are with the correct number of rooms.

So nice to be able to book a single room alot of hotels have just double rooms and you pay extra. The location was just what I wanted for where I had to be it was a lovely wooded area. A nice evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent, a choice of many things. Overal a quiet relaxing hotel.
The only thing I didn't like was the plastic cup in the bathroom had been used before, there was dry toothpaste in the bottom.
