Room was not presented as per the photos;
Carpets were filthy as was the couch which had some sort of brown stain covering one side of it, coincidently matching a brown stain splattered all over the bedroom lamp.
The walls were grubby with holes in nearly every room.
Shower areas mouldy. Main bedroom shower head cracked, shot half the water under pressure onto the ceiling/ wall/ face. Inadequate. The vanities were dirty and worn through to the mdf, as were the coffee table.
Dirty towels left in the second bedroom room. These were replaced when reception was called.
Bedroom window latch broken. No way to secure the bedroom window, and we were 13 floors up. Not adequate for small children. The sliding door to balcony also was missing internal handle and lock. Unable to secure door.
The overall standard of the room was poor and unhygienic. Managed one night and glad we were not staying longer.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment.

The bathroom had holes in the wall, and the air conditioner remote was held together with sticky tape because the battery compartment was broken. There was hair in the bathtub, and the walls throughout the apartment had numerous large dirty marks.

The balcony was littered with cigarette butts, and the blankets were covered in hair and had large stains. The floors were dusty throughout the apartment.

The kitchen was also very dusty, including inside the cupboards and drawers. There was no tea towel or sponge provided, which meant we were unable to wash dishes when needed. This was particularly concerning because the cups in the cupboards were clearly not clean, with visible lip marks still on them.

Overall, the apartment did not meet an acceptable standard of cleanliness or maintenance, and it was a very disappointing experience.

We also paid for a late checkout but were overcharged for it. Despite having arranged and paid for the late checkout, we were rudely contacted the following morning and told to leave. It was clear there had been a lack of communication regarding our booking, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Very noisu did not get much sleep.

The WiFi connection was poor and actually didn’t really work at all, was a bit of a shame as you do want to be able to contact family etc when your away on holiday - the room definitely needs some repair work as there was damage to walls and outside fittings upon our arrival - didn’t effect our stay just visually not nice!

The rooms were disgusting. We had multiple rooms and not one of them were clean or decent. The room on Level 9 smelt like cat urine, multiple rooms the locks on the door were broken so the room was not secure. Walls very dirty. I would not recommend this accommodation.

We were meant to have 2 x queen beds, which we didn't have, both rooms had 2 beds pushed together.

Property very poorly maintained .. Door handles broken, television broken, shower in ensuite unusable, .. also not very well cleaned... Overall just a poorly maintained property

Disappointed. The entire unit we stayed in needs a complete thorough deep clean. The carpets were heavily stained along with the walls. Bathtub needs a good scrub, couch was stained, handle for sliding door to balcony was broken. No milk or hand soap provided. Overall the place just felt dirty and it wasnt a pleasant stay. We slept on top of the made bed as we had our own blankets and pillows and I am glad we did after reading some of the other review.

Rooms were really dirty. Beds uncomfortable. Spare pillow with no pillow slips. Extra blanket was dirty. Bug in the fridge.

Here’s a strong but credible review that explains what happened without sounding overly emotional or exaggerated:

Extremely disappointing experience.

We travelled several hours to Brisbane to stay here for a concert, only to arrive and be told that our reservation had been cancelled. Staff advised they had supposedly informed Booking.com to notify us, however we received absolutely no communication, cancellation notice, or refund information prior to arriving.

Given we had travelled hours, had a concert starting shortly after arrival, and no refund had been processed, we were left with no realistic option to find alternative accommodation at such short notice.

The hotel advised they had another room available, but this room was in poor condition. The carpets in the lounge/living area were severely damaged, completely soaking wet, and smelt terrible. We accepted the room because we genuinely had no other choice.

The wet carpet made a large portion of the room unusable, and the smell was bad enough that we purchased Glenn 20 spray to try and make the room bearable. We were essentially limited to using the bedrooms and left as early as possible the following morning because the stay was so uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, the only compensation offered at the property was a $20 reduction in cost, which felt completely inadequate given the circumstances and condition of the room.

What was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication and accountability. Had we been notified in advance, we could have made alternative arrangements. Instead, we were put in an unfair position and expected to accept accommodation that did not feel fit to stay in.

Unfortunately, this experience significantly impacted what was meant to be an enjoyable overnight trip.

I the raft that I didn’t like was the BEDSHEETS WERE DIRTY, NOT CHANGED AND WHEN I WAS MAKING MY BED AFTEER I WOKE UP ON THE FIRST NIGHT OF STAY , 2 YES TWO DISGUSTING USED BLOODY USED BAND-AIDS CAME FLYING OUT OF THE BLANKET/SHEET THAT IS USED AS A BLANKET (a blanket that had a white sheet over the top) SO WHILE TRYIN TO MAKE THE BED 1 MIN AFTER OPENING MY EYES FOR THE LOVELY DAY AHEAD I WAS GREETED WITH DIRTY USED BLOOD NDINSDDJNFNDFNFJFFFFUY
