Proximity to Suncorp and City
Unit was in need of a proper clean and maintenance. Kitchen tap nearly falling off. Shower full of mold and smelled of mold. Grout not clean and exhaust fan clodded. Not sure it even worked. Lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Unable to see with yellow lighting to do make-up and see clearly. There was dust and debris on floor and window sils. Felt very unhygienic.
This place was awful. I don’t even think this place has been cleaned in months, the bed sheets had a stain, smoke alarm was hanging off the roof. Everything was filthy.
great location, big appartment with plenty of room. Clean plates, good sized bathrooms and well worth the money

Location is great and the floor plan is quite spacious. Great to have an outdoor balcony.
Didn’t look well cared for. The kitchen tap was broken. There was a hole in the wall.

Shower head in one of the bathrooms was broken and had to be hand held to use. No hand towels in the bathrooms.
Location was great. Ideal for our purpose. Apartment was clean. They were the only bit that pleased us
1. Pot and pan were old and in a disgraceful state 2. Microwave oven didn’t work. 3. Door out to balcony won’t slide and extremely hard to open, have to use two hands and down low. 4. Overhead fans are installed but only lights work. Main bedroom ceilings fan is the only one that works. 5. Crockery and cutlery is a mishmash and very limited. 6. No extra rolls of toilet paper at all. Only what happened to be on the roll at that time, one ensuite had 1/4 roll. 7. No hand towels or wash cloths. 8. No kitchen towel for drying dishes 9. Paid for parking spot and someone else was in our spot on returning back there the 2nd night. 10. Happy with cleanliness of apartment.
It was perfectly located for walking to the train station , into town to the ferries and just walking the neighbourhood. There were eating places nearby. And a small convenience store across the road. A great 2 night stay prior to our cruise.
Hair dryer didn’t work but they were very happy to replace. So no problem

Place diddnt seem so clean definitely needs renovations badly. Water damage in the bathrooms damaged walls damaged kitchen dirty aircons.
