The room itself was nice, with modern, attractive furniture, and the hotel staff were generally friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is also very good.

Cons:

The main issue was extremely poor sound insulation on our floor (third floor). We could clearly hear our neighbors, even normal conversations, and even small noises like someone placing a phone on a bedside table. It felt comparable to a low-budget motel.

There was also an uncomfortable incident when a staff member repeatedly knocked on the door around noon and then entered the room with a key while I was inside during an online lesson. Although he left immediately after realizing, it was stressful and inappropriate.

Cleanliness was another concern. At breakfast, the dining area—especially near the panoramic window—had a noticeable amount of dust, which is unacceptable for a three-star hotel. Additionally, the bathroom and showerhead were not clean.

Die einzigartige schöne Lage und die liebevolle Restaurierung des Hotels.Sehr gut gelungen!

Cons:

Die Teller und Schalen beim Frühstücksbüfet standen leider an der kältesten Stelle(Durchzug).
Der gute Porridge oder das knackige Gemüse kühlte so leider zu schnell ab.

Nice hotel close to main atractions of Klaipeda
Pros:

We took my eldery parents for a trip so it was important that Old Mill Hotel is close to center of Klaipeda, with elevator and breakfast option. Nearly parking have plenty of space and costs about ~8 euro for 3 days

Nežinau kieno tai buvo klaida ar booking ar viešbučio, bet pildant užsakymą galėjome pasirinkti pagerintą numerį už tą pačią kainą, tai aišku pasirinkome, ir dar pasitikrinome ar tikrai gerai supildėme užsakymą prieš darant rezervaciją, bet vietoj pagerinto numerio su pusryčiais, gavome paprastą numerį ir dar "nubraukė" pusryčius, buvo visiškas nusivylimas. Patarimas būsimiems klientams, kai gaunate užsakymo patvirtinimą būtinai atsispausdinkite užsakymą ir susitikrinkite ar tikrai užrezervavo, tai ką turėjo rezervuoti.
Nelabai patiko bendravimas įsiregistravimo metu, taip pat telefonu prieš atvykstant.
Dažniausia kambaryje būna keli pakeliai tirpios kavos ir arbatos, taip buvo prieš kelias savaites, kai viešėjome tame pat viešbutyje ir tikrai buvome viskuo patenkinti, bet tik ne šį kart, kadangi pusryčių nebuvo, tai atsikėlus tikėjomės, kad bent puodelį kavos galėsime atsigerti ir vėl nusivylimas, buvo tik keli pakeliai arbatos kavos nebuvo. Lovos paklotos atmestinai. Kambarinės turėtų atidžiau dirbti savo darbą.
