Bon séjour, malgré la déception de départ

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la Grande Cascade.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le manque de communication avec l'établissement. En effet, nous aurions souhaité savoir si l'établissement était climatisé. Aucun numéro de téléphone de l'hôtel n'est renseigné sur sa page de présentation. Nous avons donc écrit à l'établissement dans ce sens et nous n'avons pas reçu de réponse. Une fois, sur place, nous avons constaté que l'établissement n'était pas climatisé et nous avons demandé pour écourter notre séjour car notre état de santé nécessitait une chambre climatisée. Initialement, on nous a refusé la demande et on nous a même fait une remarque de type "à ce prix-là, on ne pouvait pas demander plus" . Après avoir contacté le service client de Booking, notre demande a été acceptée. Néanmoins, la situation a été désagréable et le souvenir reste fort négatif.

Cons:

La chambre, peu voire pas ventilee
Étouffant pour une chambre à 4 alors que nous n étions que 3. Une fenêtre qui ne s ouvrait pas, précisé certes, mais pas à la reservation

Pros:

Idéalement situé, chambre très silencieuse malgré la route proche. Restauration sur place avec de belles propositions. Bonne literie. Accueil sympathique et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Les sanitaires mériteraient un petit coup de jeune mais rien de rédhibitoire.

Basic but good value.
Pros:

The views from the dining room over a wooded valley and a meadow with deer roaming was beautiful.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This hotel is not in the village of Le Tholy, not a problem for me but some might expect a village location.
The was small and basic, but comfortable.
At first I couldn’t locate the toilet in the room, turns out it was in one of the cupboards, literally a WC!!

de aankomst en het ontvangst was meer dan prima. Je hebt daadwerkelijk zicht op de waterval en het hertenpark.
het personeel werkt hard en is uitermate vriendelijk

Cons:

de kamer was kleiner dan op de foto's leek te zijn
het hotel is wat gedateerd. Maar schoon.
