Das Familienzimmer war sehr großzügig, das Personal sehr nett und das Hotel sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich war super!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet ansprechend, Pool sauber, E-Auto Lademöglichkeit war gegeben.

Cons:

Zimmer direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, Glühlampen waren stellenweise defekt, der Parkplatz war trotz Schnee- und Eisglätte nicht geräumt oder gestreut

Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Leckeres frühstück. Für unsere Tochter 10 Monate alt wurde sogar frisches Rührei ohne Salz gekocht und Toast angeboten. Super Service.

Cons:

Badewanne war dreckig. Heizung hat komische Geräusche in der Nacht gemacht.
