Service attentionné et de qualité dans un très bel endroit .
Pros:

Personnel agréable, disponible et très professionnel . Le charme du château . L'hôtel est situé dans un très joli parc arboré . Chambre confortable et spacieuse .Menu de demi-pension de qualité.

Peu mieux faire pour un séjour de 2 jours à plus de 500€

Le restaurant très bien malgré un prix élevé. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel

Nous devions avoir une chambre avec terrasse ce qui n était pas le cas trop de passage devant la fenêtre pas de rideaux juste une vitre camouflée qui laisse la visibilité dans la chambre 😟. Manque d entretien et pas assez fleuri

Wunderschönes Schlosshotel mit einem tollen Park

Das Château de La Dame Blanche ist ein wunderschönes Schlosshotel mit einem ruhigen, angenehmen, weitläufigen und schattigen Park: Bereits die Ankunft mit dem Auto durch den Park ist ein Erlebnis, genauso wie ein Spaziergang. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr angenehm. Als Familie mit einem Kleinkind haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und es auch sehr zu schätzen gewusst, dass man uns das feine Abendessen angeboten hat. Dies ist bei weitem nicht selbstverständlich, dass man in so einem exklusiven Hotel mit einem Kleinkind willkommen ist. Für das Kind gab es ein neuwertiges Babybett mit einem kleinen Plüschtier - sehr aufmerksam! Im Park gibt es sogar einen Spielplatz!

Cons:

Nur ein paar wenige Details, die einem hier auffallen, weil alles so perfekt ist - in den meisten anderen Hotels würde man es gar nicht bemerken: Es gab einige Kalkablagerungen bei der Dusche, welche entfernt werden sollten, um den sauberen Gesamtauftrag zu verbessern. Vom Zimmer hört man andere Gäste auf dem Gang. Es gab ein Schleifgeräusch, das wohl von der Lüftung kam: in den Nachtstunden war das Störgeräusch nicht zu hören. Das Heiz-Klima-Gerät hat eine helle grüne Leuchtdiode, die man meinem Kenntnisstand nicht aussschalten kann, aber das Zimmer stark in der Nacht beleuchtet.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Atmosphäre
Pros:

Wir hatten ein wirklich großes und wunderschönes Zimmer mit einem super bequemen Bett. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut aber besser erwähnenswert ist der Service. Der junge Mann der uns bediente war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, zugewandt und freundlich.

Cons:

Den Preis von 40 € pro Nacht für den Hund finde ich absolut zu hoch.
