Me gustaría hacer una mención especial a Mateo el chico de la recepción. Es un chico excelente, súper atento, nos ayudo mucho e hizo que nuestra estancia fuese inolvidable. Millones de gracias Mateo. Te recordaremos siempre

a bad room for a lot of money

We didn’t get much sleep, since there was a construction site just across the street. They began drilling at 7am

the motel is small , the rooms are small , but new and clean , location is fantastic x 10 . you can walk all over the city , the beach is 3 min walk , you need to park in the street, or go to a parking garage , its easy

Room was not clean

Good location. Easy walking distance to beach and Carmel Market. Room was simple but spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and they stored our luggage for the day after check out. There isn't an elevator which wasn't a problem for us since we had a small bag. The outlets are in awkward locations.

Bathroom size is very very small. Also no elevator. No coffee

The place crumbles from mold! No elevator! The adult manager Adam gossip and liar. We were just invited by the police because they claimed we thought we were. Shame and disgrace A place that digs into the lives of guests and spreads lies. Everything is not as clean as the staff mouth.

Only if you don't have another choice. rooms are small and not comfortable. it's not dirty, but doesn't feel cozy. service at the front desk was below expectations, though when we needed our TV fixed a guy came very fast and fixed it. it is by no means a romantic place. however, for the price charged it is decent.

Buena ubicación únicamente, el baño es un desastre. La regadera no tiene cortina o puerta y cuando uno se baña se moja TODO el baño y luego se sale el agua para la habitación. El baño huele muy feo.

I travel regularly for work - this was the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

I arrived late. My card was not working in the taxi reader. The driver did not speak much English, so I asked the receptionist to translate. He was displeased to be torn from his football game and was dismissive, saying that the driver was ripping me off. After some insisting, he came outside and we demonstrated that the reader did not work. He began berating me for not having shekels, becoming increasingly aggressive. I travel to 10 countries per business visit, so I cannot have cash for each. He continued to yell both at me and the driver, until I arranged with the driver to go to an ATM. The driver was apologizing because the receptionist had been so rude.

When I returned, the receptionist was calmer but continued to be hostile. He used statements like: “I’ll get this processed and THEN you can go.” There were two flights of stairs with no elevator and I had two suitcases – needless to say he did not offer help. When I got to my room, I felt so unsafe from our interaction that I wedged the door closed with a drying rack. This is something I’ve never felt I had to do before.

I would hate for another traveler to have a similar experience and would NOT recommend this establishment. There are many other options; I had booked quite late and so this was the only choice available. The amenities were basic – save your money and book a private room at a hostel for the same experience.

Nice hotel, easy. Not a 5 star resort, but great location, great price.

Péssima experiência, de cara o rapaz queria me cobrar de novo, dizendo que A hospedagem não avia cido paga!! Sem cofre, no banho molha o vaso, só salvou a cama o resto to fora!! Nunca mais volto ai

Das Personal ist unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, man kann sich immer an sie wenden. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, bei der Ankunft roch es stark nach Rauch obwohl es keinen Balkon hatte bzw. auch kein Raucherzimmer war. Das Hotel ist nett eingerichtet, aber etwas heruntergekommen, viele Dinge funktionieren zwar sind aber kaputt oder renuvierungsbedürftig (Waschbecken provisorisch mit Silikon wieder an der Wand befestigt, da dies augenscheinlich abgebrochen war/Loch in der Wand (wofür auch immer) Schrank wackelig und beim Öffnen über den Boden schleifend/Kühlschrank unsauber, alt). Die Lage ist wiederrum sehr gut, man geht quasi um die Ecke und ist direkt auf der Strandpromenade. Auch zu den frequentierten Straßen mit Restaurants, Bars etc. kommt man fußläufig gut hin. Wer also auf etwas Komfort verzichten kann für ein günstiges Hotel mit freundlichem Service ist an der richtigen Adresse!

La localización es buena, cerca de la playa y bastantes restaurantes.
Lo que menos me gustó fue el baño, muy pequeño. La cama es demasiado blanda,
El personal no es desagradable pero tampoco muy atento.
En general el hotel en si no es gran cosa para el precio, si bien los precios en Tel Aviv son bastante caros, por lo que supongo se ajusta a la realidad.
En definitiva, suficiente para pasar alguna noche pero sin ninguna gran expectativa.

Nice location, Comfortable bed, the bathroom is really small

Amazing little hotel. Very well located closed to the beach. I booked the suite with the jaccuzzi. It was very nice. The staff is also very helpful and dedicated. I had an amazing time at this hotel.

good location and very friendly and helpful staff. room equipped with a small refrigerator which came quite handy. the lack of breakfast in place opened a new door to other possibilities: eating on the balcony or having a nice brunch in TLV.

Hotel konumu harika odalar temiz ancak oda duvarları cok koyu renk ve odada cok kucuk oldugundan kasvetli. Banyo dus alanı cok kucuk.

Wonderful service from the manager! The hotel was on the other hand not matching the staff. Dirty bathroom and the room reeked of cigarettes. Bought an air freshener, and it helped a bit. I imagine it would be ok for you if you are a smoker.
