Servicio pésimo
Pros:

Buena ubicación

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación triple y al hacer el check in a las 15h faltaba una cama, avisamos en recepción y nos dijeron que durante la tarde nos la pondrían, salimos del hotel y al regresar a la noche todavía no teníamos la cama, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 23h a que nos las pusieran. La cama fue mal montada y no era estable, imposible dormir en ella.

Great location, not the best service
Pros:

The property was in a great location. Our room was nice , maybe slightly tired . Breakfast was good ,with great service

Cons:

Our room wasn’t serviced on our 2nd day , when mentioning this at reception they seemed totally uninterested. We found reception to be quite casual in their approach.

Pros:

Limpio, buen desayuno, ubicación buena aunque se debe caminar algunas cuadras para el centro histórico

Cons:

Estuve en un cuarto en el último piso y aparentemente en la terraza hay equipos que hacen ruido permanentemente. No se puede dormir bien con ese ruido. Informe e ignoraron mi reclamo.

OK stay at centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Staff helpful.

Hotel in excellent location with nice restaurants nearby.

Bedroom clean with good air conditioning.

Cons:

Hotel classed as 4 star but not what we would expect of a 4 star hotel in the UK. Hotel foyer had only a few seats and would have benefited from a more relaxing and welcoming area.

Hotel did not offer food service with the exception of the buffet breakfast.

Problem with Room-safe - issue with key pad. Given key to open and close Room- safe as repairs could not be completed while we were there. Room-safe key had to be returned to reception every time we used it and then retrieved to re open safe - quite a hassle!!!!!
Shower and sink did not drain well.

Breakfast was just ok. When the early arrivers at breakfast ate all the breakfast rolls, scrambled eggs etc. then we were told there were no more available. Breakfast time was from 7am-10am and we were often there around 8:30am.

Great location and excellent beeakfast.
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly, iIt was a lovely respite from the heat and the breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

Throughout the night there was a low honking sound in our room. I assume it was the air conditioning from another room, but it was loud enough to keep me up all night.

We had a delightful stay.
Pros:

Room clean. Good location. Delicious breakfast. Elevator worked.
Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Towels very old. Air conditioner, noisy car noise on Street.

Pros:

Le staff de l'hotel est très agréable, gentil et souriant. L'hotel est bien placé, parfait pour des visites du centre historique en marchant ou prendre le bus.

Cons:

Les chambres présentent quelques défauts, la porte fermait mal et on devait la claquer et le mini frigo ne refroidis rien. Le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être un peu plus frais.
