Pros:

Sadly, we have found the team at the Artemisia Palace to be unprofessional. We had an issue with the accounting and Ricardo's response was "it's not my fault" so just be wary of doing business with this hotel.

Pros:

Hotel bien situado. Habitación amplia y camas cómodas. Desayuno muy rico y los camareros/as súper atentos.
Muy recomendable ,dejamos las maletas todo el día en recepción para poder visitar Palermo y no pusieron problema.

Cons:

El baño, la ducha tiene el cordón muy corto y lo llevan hacia un lado y se queda muy baja. Para la gente alta muy incomodo y la mampara corta se sale el agua .

La situación, la excelente calidad precio y sobre todo la calidad humana del personal. Atentos y profesionales en todo momento. Magnífico el desayuno y aquí quiero reseñar especialmente a Giovanna y Franco, el personal encargado de la colazione. Cuídenlos muchísimo. Son extraordinarios.
