Hotel idealement situé pour visiter la ville avec un accueil chaleureux
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter Palerme tout peut se faire à pied, la chambre est spacieuse et propre et le personnel est attentionné. Le petit déjeuner ( compris dans notre réservation et disponible entre 7h et 10h ) est en adéquation avec l'ensemble de l'hôtel ( il y a du salé, du sucré) et les quantités sont là.
Un service bagagerie est aussi disponible

Cons:

Malheureusement il y avait une grosse trainée de sang sur la poignée et la porte de la salle de bain.

Lo staff è stato molto disponibile.Ci ha risolto il problema del parcheggio libero!
Stefania è stata deliziosa.
Giovanna ci ha servito una colazione ottima con dolci super.

Cons:

La camera era di buone dimensioni ,ma aveva la finestra in alto e questo ci ha provocato un senso di claustrofobia.

Colazione varia e abbondante, staff molto gentile. Posizione ottima, vicina a fermata del bus e a pochi passi dall'aerea pedonale.

Cons:

La camera era molto spaziosa, il bagno aveva qualche piccola sbavatura che andrebbe sistemata trattandosi di un hotel classificato 4 stelle. Tuttavia il rapporto qualità/prezzo è più che ottimo, considerata la posizione molto comoda per la visita della città.

Hotel má dobrú polohu a ciste izby. Druhý deň raňajok bola mila pani, ktorá na všetko dohliadala a pytala sa či je všetk

Dobrá poloha hotela.
Denne upratovanie.
Čistý hotel.

Cons:

Prvý deň raňajok, bol nepríjemný pán. Jedlo chybalo, pytala som si chleb tváril za zle akoby som ho otravovala. Necítili sme sa so synom vítaný ani prijemne. Na izbe počas pobytu nebol caj a ani káva iba cukor a a aj použitý.

Cons:

Pas trop de place de rangement, ni dans la chambre, ni dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

Apartament przestronny, z wygodnym łóżkiem, dobre oświetlenie pokoju. Super taras. Sniadania smaczne z miłą obsługą. Położenie idealne do zwiedzania miasta. Blisko przystanek autobusowy na lotnisko.

Отличный отель, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё.
Pros:

Хороший отель с отличным месторасположением (кто чутко спит с открытыми окнами спать получится только в 101, 201, 301 и 401 номере с окнами во внутреннюю шахту или дворик, в любом другом номере окна выходят на Мега шумную улицу, а сигналить в Палермо это ритуал), просторные номера (у нас были двухместные 302, 402 и 403, а 404 трёхместный и при этом двухкомнатный но без двери между комнатами), удобные матрасы, в каком-то номере душевая кабина (размер средний, с весом 86кг мыло поднять можно легко), а в каком-то ванна. Очень приветливый весь персонал с кем мы сталкивались за 7 ночей своего пребывания в отеле. Большое спасибо каждому работнику. Шикарный завтрак, кофейные напитки делают на старенькой профессиональной кофемашине (почему-то не темперуют), но тем не менее кофе не очень вкусный, я бы с кофе что-то поменял, для нашей компании вкусный кофе это важно, а если ещё добавить фреш из красных сицилийских апельсин, то можно присвоить пятую звезду за завтрак.

Cons:

В 402 был сильный запах канализации, попросил поменять номер и в этот же день поменяли на 302 без посторонних запахов. В остальном замечаний сделать не можем.

Great location, reasonable price. Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The windows in Tempe room were small and near the ceiling. We would have liked more light. It felt a little like being in the basement.

Sadly, we have found the team at the Artemisia Palace to be unprofessional. We had an issue with the accounting and Ricardo's response was "it's not my fault" so just be wary of doing business with this hotel.
