Excellent accomodation
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble.
We had an early flight out, they provided a breakfast pack for us to take. They arranged a car to the airport.

Cons:

Nothing it was great.

O Hotel fica perto do centro de Palermo

Cons:

Os corredores dos quartos do hotel não tem ar condicionado.
As janelas dos quartos não isolam do ruído. Estive hospedado no quarto 304 e ouvia-se o barulho da rua, das pessoas a falar, dos carros, não se conseguia dormir.
As casas de banho são velhas, com louças antigas, torneiras oxidadas. A box para tomar banho é exígua. Uma pessoa "forte" não consegue entrar. A protecção de vidro da box estava partida. Um dos dias, às 8.30 horas da manhã, já não havia água quente para tomar banho. Tivemos que tomar banho em água fria.
A sala onde servem o pequeno almoço é muito pequena, com poucas mesas.
O pequeno almoço é muito simples. Um tipo de fiambre ( muito salgado), umas fatias de queijo, uma mortadela (dura), que n\ao consegui provar. Um ou dois tipos de pão, quase sempre apenas branco ( o menos saudável e o mais barato). É uma funcionária que serve o café, o capuccinno... tudo racionado. Os sumos são intragáveis.
Estivemos hospedados cinco noites e pagamos cerca de mil euros. Um valor exorbitante por um hotel tão mau.

Хотелът е в самия център.Стаята беще чиста,има хладилник,даже имахме два балкона
Закуската беше фантастична,както и кафето..Персонала усмихнат и приятелски настроен.Много мили хора.Пред хотела има автобусна спирка,с който лесно се стига до жп гарата.

Cons:

Възглавниците бяха малко твърди.На терасата няма столчета.Встаята имаше кана за вода,но нямаше кафе,само чай.

No estuve en el Hotel, me cambiaron

Cuando llegué el personal de recepcion fue muy amable.

Cons:

Llegue y me dijeron que habia un problema hidrico y no habia agua en mi habitacion y me enviarian a otro Hotel pero este estsba muy alejado del centro, practicamente aislado y el proposito de mi viaje era estar en el centro, no queria ni tenia porque alquilar coche ni usar taxis, deberian dar tambien la opcion de Reembolso para que el cliente decida por ultimo que otro Hotel escoger en la zona que prefiera, no considero justo "amarrar" al cliente que ya pagó por adelantado para darle lo que el Hotel decida

Tudo se passou muito bem, três bon séjour
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de todos os pontos turísticos, mais ou menos 18 minutos a pé da gare Centrale, café da manhã correto. Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de monument touristique, environs 18 minutes a pied de la gare centrale, petit déjeuner correct.

La ubicación espectacular para recorrer el centro de Palermo. La atención de todo el personal fue excelente.

Cons:

No sé si es un hotel de 4 estrellas. El desayuno es bastante básico y a la habitación le falta un poco de espacio a nuestro gusto.

La struttura è datata. Al mio arrivo non trovavano la mia prenotazione, ho dovuto aspettare per 1h che mi trovassero una stanza perché l’albergo era pieno. La prima proposta prevedeva una stanza senza finestre, solo dopo essermi assolutamente rifiutata sono stata spostata in una stanza decente
