Desidero ringraziare e fare un sincero complimento a Giovanna, addetta alla sala colazioni. È stata l'unica persona che ha dimostrato vera professionalità, cortesia e una grande attenzione al cliente. Sempre sorridente, disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti, rappresenta un esempio di come dovrebbe essere il servizio in un hotel di questo livello. A lei va un meritato 10 e lode.

Cons:

Il soggiorno in questo hotel a 4 stelle è stato purtroppo molto al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il servizio alla reception.
Il personale si è dimostrato poco cortese, poco preparato professionalmente e privo dell'educazione e dell'attenzione che ci si aspetta da una struttura di questa categoria. Durante le interazioni con gli ospiti, gli addetti rimanevano seduti dietro al banco, senza prestare un gran attenzione al cliente e con altri comportamenti che non rispecchiano gli standard dell'hôtellerie e che incidono negativamente sull'esperienza complessiva.
Mi auguro che la direzione investa maggiormente nella formazione del personale di reception, perché un'accoglienza di qualità è il primo biglietto da visita di un hotel a quattro stelle.

Palermo una citta da visitare con calma, due giorni non bastano. Ritorneremo....

Colazione ottima, variegata e abbondante, la zona è centralissima, l'hotel è facile da raggiungere anche con i mezzi pubblici sia che si arrivi dalla stazione centrale che dall'aeroporto, la camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era ampia e ben climatizzata, l'hotel si trova a due passi da piazza politeama e dal Teatro massimo. inoltre essendo molto in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente (molto apprezzato), e iniziare a visitare la Città sin da subito.

Cons:

unica pecca, se prendete la camera del 5° piano l'ascensore arriva fino al quarto, quindi magari bisogna chiedere prima, io purtroppo ho preso l'ultima camera rimasta, non è stato un grosso disagio per noi, però magari per qualcuno potrebbe esserlo.

Pros:

Posizione centrale, vicino al teatro Politeama e vicina al porto. Staff gentilissimo e accogliente. Colazione dolce, salata con scelte anche di prodotti locali abbondante e variegata, consigliatissime le torte. Stanza nella media e bagno spazioso.

Cons:

Ci tornerei volentieri, anche se avrei preferito la doccia alla vasca da bagno.

Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

Breakfast was very nice, and the lady assisting there was very nice and polite.

Cons:

We did not experience a 4 star hotel AT ALL! The room was super dark which is misleading from the photos they had uploaded. Both the room and the bathroom had lots of mold, there was no soap in the bathroom and the face towels were hanging on the bidet!! The bed also had hair! Severe unhygienic conditions.

We checked in very quickly at 4:30pm and had to leave the room and came back at 11:30pm, so there was nothing we could do. We did message them and they completely ignored us.

Thank god we were checking out the next morning, if we were to stay longer we would not tolerate these conditions. We definitely do not recommend it. 0 value for its cost.

Reservamos una habitación triple y al hacer el check in a las 15h faltaba una cama, avisamos en recepción y nos dijeron que durante la tarde nos la pondrían, salimos del hotel y al regresar a la noche todavía no teníamos la cama, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 23h a que nos las pusieran. La cama fue mal montada y no era estable, imposible dormir en ella.
