The location was good enabling easy access to main attractions and public transport.
On our first night we were put in a room that smelt and did not have windows and could not pass as a 4 star hotel. However the staff were kind and could not move us until the next day as they were full. Our new room was great.

This hotel is at best a lower level Holiday Inn by US standards. Mold in bathroom, old comforter and bedding, inoperable A/C and room safe. Breakfast was included and OK. Staff with breakfast very nice. Very loud street noise, so make sure to get a back room. Location was walkable to sites. Not sure how it’s gotten a four-star rating. We checked mattress before sleeping there.
