Pros:

The staff were all amazing: polite, welcoming and super accommodating; beds were comfy and cleanliness on the highest level; breakfast was plentiful, great variety of available options-staff kindly packed our breakfast early in the morning due to our early flight.
Vicinity of the direct bus stop to the airport is also convenient. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing missing was the kettle/coffee maker, but it didn't spoil the impression at all.

Plaermo è sempre bella davivere
Pros:

Posizione dell'hotel ottima, praticamento sei in centro e ci sono anche ottime possibilità di trovare un parcheggio in zona. Il bagno molto pulito e decisamente buono. ha lasciato un pò a desiderare la colazione con prodotti, non freschi e con poca scelta

Cons:

come già indicato nel "cosa ti è piaciuto", la colazione non è stata all'altezza di tutto il dato complessivo dell'hotel

Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione centrale facile servizi pubblici per il collegamento con il centro. Apprezzabile la colazione

Cons:

Migliorare la pulizia della camera e la mancanza di una porta finestra in camera... Rumori a causa di esecuzione di lavori di ristrutturazione nell'immobile .

Great location
Pros:

The location is central and it is easy to get to beautiful sites. There are lovely restaurants within walking distance.
The breakfast had a lovely variety and the staff were friendly.
The rooms were very comfortable.

Cons:

I struggled to contact the hotel before the stay to arrange an airport transfer and early check in.

Kawa cappuccino dla naprawdę wymagających i dobra lokalizacja na centralnej ulicy.
Pros:

Śniadania dobre klasyczne w formie bufetu, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, ciasta,ciepłe przekąski,ser,wędliny,tuńczyk,pomidory,rukola itd
Była tam najlepsza kawa cappuccino serwowana przez Abdoula,nie pilam takiej dobrej z gęstą pianka i esencjonalnej w żadnym lokalu caffe w Palermo.
Dobra lokalizacja do Monreake,Mondello, przystanek autobusowy obok hotelu

Cons:

Był krótki remont przez 2 dni i od samego rana słychać było wiercenie.
Pracownicy recepcji byli pomocni i mili.

Lokalizacja na 10+ wszedzie blisko, ok 2 km do dworca kolejowego, przystanek autobusowy przy hotelu.Fo wszystkich zabytków mozna dojść pieszo. 150 m od hotelu przystanek , z którego odjeżdża autobus podmiejski na plażę w Mondello. Z tego przystanku odjeżdża tez bus na lotnisko. Hotel czysty, miła obsluga. Bardzo dobre śniadania, pyszna kawa. W okolicy mnóstwo restauracji, sklepy. Jeśli kolejny raz będę w Palermo z pewnością zarezerwuje ten hotel. Polecam

Fell short of basic expectations.
Pros:

It was centrally located. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The breakfast and the service crew were very good.

Cons:

This hotel is located in one of the busiest road in Palermo. Very noisy traffic all the way through early hours of the morning. Not ideal for light sleepers. Some equipment inside the rooms were not in working order. An important item for me was the safe. It did not work. The mini fridge was not working and the phone was out of order. The door frame molding was coming loose with its sharp edges. We were told the problems would be taken care of the next day. Nothing was done. we brought up to the attention of the receptionist again. Told them to switch our room if these issues were not going to be addressed. We had to wait for another day for the switching of the rooms. In the new room safe worked occasionally. I couldn’t use it every time because it would not open and I had to call the desk every time to get it unlocked. The phone was out of order again.
