Hotel valeu somente pela localização
Pros:

Localização excelente, de fácil locomoção. Bons restaurantes e supermercados ao redor. O ponto forte deste hotel é somente a localização.

Cons:

Hotel parou no tempo , não se modernizou. Tudo é antigo com manutenção das áreas bem precárias. Provavelmente este hotel teve seu auge, pelos detalhes da decoração. Meu check-in era para ser as 14 horas, porém quarto só foi liberado às 16 horas. Água do chuveiro não esquentava e de manhã fazia um frio de 5 graus. Banheiro com aspecto de "sujo", tudo muito antigo com reparos "meia boca". Funcionários da recepção não eram muito receptivos.

Pros:

Desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación no era muy importante porque nos movilizábamos en taxi hacia Iguazú; no había muchas cosas interesantes cerca del hotel. La piscina no la usamos pero la percibí pequeña/mediana. Solo usamos la habitación para descansar. El staff es muy amable y no tengo ninguna queja de la limpieza.

Pessimamente ruim e não indico a ninguém!!!
Cons:

Hotel com condições precárias, tomadas nos quartos não funcionam, luzes no quarto não acendem somente o abajur, chuveiro não esquenta direito, instalações antiga, café da manhã com pouquíssima opção.

Pros:

Gostei bastante especialmente da localização. A 2 quadras da rodoviária e do supermercado Muffato, onde se faz compras e alimentação (almoço e janta por bom preço).
Do outro lado da rua principal se toma o ônibus para Ciudad del Lest.
E do mesmo lado da rua principal, na mesma quadra do hotel se toma o ônibus para Puerto Iguazu na Argentina.
E do outro lado da rua principal tem uma lavanderia self service que facilita a lavagem de roupas.
Gostei também do café da manhã. Bem variado com muitas opções

Primeiro liberaram um quarto que não estava livre, e o chuveiro muito Ruim pouquíssimo água e pingando água pela a Lâmpada do Banheiro!! Comuniquei sobre.
