A estadia foi muito agradável, com um ambiente confortável, limpo e bem organizado. A localização também é ótima, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos da cidade.

Um destaque especial vai para as meninas da recepção, que são simplesmente maravilhosas! Sempre muito educadas, atenciosas e prestativas, fizeram toda a diferença na nossa experiência. O atendimento delas é impecável e transmite muito carinho e profissionalismo.

Cons:

Que eu não pude tomar um vinho na área da piscina- no local tornaria a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Pros:

Diante de alguns imprevistos com as dependências do hotel a simpatia e cordialidade da funcionaria Casemira fizeram toda a diferença.
Enquanto outros eram indiferentes, ela prontamente procurava soluções, nota-se que tem um preparo melhor com atendimento ao cliente.

Cons:

Telefone indisponível durante toda a estadia, wi-fi indisponível o primeiro dia, secador quebrado, falta de cama de casal e sim duas camas juntas o que deixa desconfortável o meio para o casal.
