Pros:

It was very central. Charming accommodation and even more charming and helpful staff. They apologized in advance for the bonfire festival of San Miguel which was to be held in the square in front of the hotel, but honestly, it was one of the best parts of my trip.

Ens van volien enganyar des del primer moment

El suc de taronja natural de l'esmorzar

Cons:

Reservem amb antelació i, en arribar, ens van assignar primer una habitació sota teulada amb una alçada molt limitada i sense avisar prèviament. Després de queixar-nos, l'alternativa va ser una habitació en planta baixa, molt petita, sense armari i a peu de carrer, tampoc d'acord amb un 3 estrelles.

Vam intentar parlar amb la direcció sense èxit i ens van oferir buscar un altre hotel, però sense assumir ells la diferència de preu. Finalment, després d'insistir-hi, ens van donar una habitació correcta per a la resta de l'estada.

Agraïm la solució final, però tot el que va passar va condicionar negativament el viatge. No és acceptable assignar habitacions clarament inferiors sense avís previ.

Sehr zentrale Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüfett. (Leider auch nur über einige Treppenstufen zu erreichen.)

Cons:

Obwohl wir ein DZ mit Balkon gebucht hatten, bekamen wir zuerst ein DZ mit Schrägen im 4. Stock und über Fahrstuhl und ein Stockwerk über Treppen zu erreichen, zugewiesen. Erst nach Reklamation bei der Rezeptionsdame, bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon im 3. Stock, aber auch mit 5 Treppenstufen zu erreichen. (Da ich eine Oberschenkelprothese habe, lege ich Wert auf einen Fahrstuhl bei der Zimmersuche.)
