Je recommande vivement. L’accueil est parfait. Le personnel est serviable. Le cadre est agréable, la chambre confortable. L’emplacement est idéal.

Lovely hotel. The room was quite small but it was comfortable and very nicely decorated.
The hotel is close to tourist attractions and restaurants.

Chambre moderne mais peu de rangement. Personnel très accueillant. Bien située pour visiter la vieille ville. Transport par autobus gratuit avec arrêt près de l’hôtel.

Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast and immaculate rooms! The front desk was informative and helped us avoid contact with a demonstration nearby. The breakfast was plenty and fresh and local farm to table . Beautiful rooms and so clean. Free cold water too! Adam was kind and so helpful too.

Wir haben zu 4. eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Das Ambiente ist sehr edel und gut gepflegt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das empfohlene Parkhaus war günstig und zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Lage ist super, das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt.

We had a fabulous stay at the Hotel de Guise. It is a beautiful period style boutique hotel in a quiet side street in the old town with gorgeous furnishings and a pretty courtyard. Our room (Traditional Room on the first floor) had a big window, high ceiling and was elegantly furnished. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was served at the table; there was a good choice and it was all delicious. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we revisit Nancy.

Schöne Unterkunft, gutes Bett, TV leider nur französische Sender. Frühstück leider etwas gleichförmig (nur 1 Sorte Wurst). Frühstück in Buffetform wäre wahrscheinlich etwas abwechslungsreicher.
Hotel sehr gut gelegen im Altstadtbereich, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Un accueil très sympathique, une attention et un service client au top. Propreté et confort ok, même sans climatisation. Localisation parfaite pour se balader dans le vieux Nancy . Petit déjeuner un peu cher en apparence mais c'est le prix d'un service à table dans une belle vaisselle et avec des produits frais et locaux. Je recommande cet hôtel plein de charme.

Bon accueil, personnel sympathique, hôtel au calme, chambre propre. Bonne literie, j'ai ben dormi. Petit déjeuner simple et convenable. J'ai prolongé 1 nuit avec changement de chambre, attention au choix des chambres, la 2e la salle de bain est trop petite (n°130, la 110 était plus grande).
Attention aux horaires d'ouvertures des musées ou autres lieux certains sont fermés lundi et mardi dommage en été surtout que le palais des ducs est en travaux pour quelques années.

Spent one night here but would have enjoyed longer. The hotel is nothing special from the outside, but is beautiful and retains the perfect blend of original features with modern comfort. We were warmly welcomed by a very helpful young man at reception, and our room on the first floor was lovely - marble fireplace, high ceilings, painted panels with water, safe, plenty of space and a very comfortable bed with great pillows and linen. The shower room was ingeniously located behind mirrors, and all very good. Breakfast was also plentiful and very good. The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Stanislas Square, although the central pedestrianised zone means you have to park elsewhere. Overall, a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price, and can definitely recommend.
