Location, I asked for a room with sea view and my request was honored. Very much appreciated, fabulous view. Staff was very responsive to questions. I had a problem with air-condition panel and this was resolved by staff in 2 minutes. I asked for an iron board, and it was delivered in 2 minutes. This might be not a five-star hotel, but friendly staff, location and view made it real value for money. A real pleasure to stay.

Konum çok iyi. Hem Alsancak hem de Konak tarafına yürüme mesafesinde. Personel yaklaşımı ve ilgisi de çok güzeldi. Oldukça memnun kaldık.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were very pleased. Best things: good location, very large room, good quality bed, beautiful bed linen, really great view over the old Customs House and the Gulf of Izmir, breakfast included, good rate, room cleaned well. Always taxis outside the hotel.

My suggestion: always ask in advance for a room with a view. If you don't ask, you very likely won't get!

Our only complaint was that the room clearly wasn't properly checked with a check list by a responsible staff member before our arrival because of these problems: the fridge didn't work properly and was barely even cool (it was replaced by one exactly the same!), the shower head was damaged (but we managed fine using the lower flexible shower head), and for me - not my partner - the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. However, that didn't prevent me having a very good night's sleep every night. We really loved the view especially as we were in all of one day when one of us was unwell. Note that the breakfast - though for me it was very good - doesn't cater too well for people with any kind of intolerance, e.g. lactose-intolerant. Also, the cereals weren't great quality. Everything else very good and for me, it was an excellent breakfast. They need to make it clear that you can order eggs. Nothing is said about that and we had to ask. It wasn't a problem and very good scrambled eggs were brought to us.

Reception staff helpful although very little English spoken but we managed even when we had to report the above little problems.

Très bon hôtel avec restaurant, idéalement placé, avec vue sur mer, aucun bruit.
N'ayant pas de fruits de mer au menu du restaurant, nous avons du sortir à 200 m sur le port.

La posizione è molto comoda, lungomare e vicino all'imbarco dei battelli per la navigazione nel golfo. In prossimità di ristoranti e locali. La mia stanza aveva una bellissima vista sul mare. La colazione a buffet è varia e con buoni prodotti locali. Il ristorante dell'hotel è molto ospitale e pratico. Il pesce era fresco e cucinato al momento. Tutto lo staff è molto gentile e professionale.
