Fantastic staff - but the hotel facilities are just about OK
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is their WONDERFUL STAFF. Without such excellent staff we would probably not have enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had one specific request to find a way for me to watch some TV channels so they went out to buy a small box-device to make it happen. The first attempt didn't work so they tried again the next day with a different device which worked. We were so pleased because much of our time was spent in the room recovering from a small surgery and TV was such a needed part of our stay. The day manager there (Mr Murat) was so helpful and friendly. Thank you to all the staff !

If you take a sea-view room as we did, the view is great. Easy location for walking along the sea-front.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room is in need of refurbishing -it's a bit worn-out in places. The sink tap broke while we were there, but the wonderful staff came up in within minutes of reporting it and spent an hour until it was completely fixed.

The breakfast selection is somewhat poor compared to other hotels in Izmir - but that is the responsibility of the hotel owners !! Dear Owners:- You need to offer better than that !

However, again the staff came to the rescue and were amazing and tried to get you other things from the kitchen if you asked.

Bis auf die großen Zimmer und die sehr gute Lage preislich nicht anderen Standards entsprechend

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön am Wasser gelegen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist unterirdisch und wirklich zu verbessern. Ich hatte um ein Bügelbrett gebeten. Dies kam auch mit einem komplett verbrannten und zerrissenen Bügeltuch.

De locatie is fantastisch we keken uit over de haven en boulevard. Heel gezellig. Zo mooi de vissers aan de kant en de katten loerend op een visje. Het bed was uitstekend zo ook het ontbijt.

Cons:

Ik kan niet echt iets bedenken. Het was jammer dat de app om een fietsbte huren het niet deed en het peroneel ons ook niet verder kon helpen.

Прекрасное расположение отеля — одно из его главных достоинств. Из нашего номера открывался действительно потрясающий вид, которым можно было любоваться бесконечно.
Мы бронировали номер категории «делюкс». Он оказался небольшим по размеру, но очень уютным и с балконом, что стало большим плюсом.
Единственный нюанс — в ванной комнате подтекала вода из-под раковины. Мы сообщили об этом сотрудникам отеля, и проблема была решена максимально оперативно и приятно: нас без доплаты переселили в более просторный номер категории «сьют». Более того, на балкон принесли столик и стулья, благодаря чему мы смогли в полной мере наслаждаться прекрасным видом.
Отдельно хочется отметить внимательность и отзывчивость персонала. Особенно благодарны Мурад бею за его профессионализм и заботу о гостях.
Измир — замечательное место для тех, кто хочет отдохнуть от суеты и насладиться спокойной атмосферой.
С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова.

Sehr freundliches Personal, immer bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Wir sind schon um 5 Uhr morgens angereist, und haben sofort ein Zimmer und Frühstück bekommen.

Άριστη η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό κάλυψε ακόμα και τα απρόοπτα. Καθαριότητα πάνω απο το μέτριο.

Cons:

Το μπάνιο είναι παλιό, χρειάζεται ανακαίνηση. Γενικά η ρεσεψιόν και η πρωτη εικόνα στην είσοδο όχι καλή , με παλαιά έπιπλα και παλιούς καναπέδες. Χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση και στα μπάνια (τα στηρίγματα για το πιστολακι του ντούς χαλασμένα) και δεν υπάρχει καλός φωτισμός όυτε καθρέφτης μεγεθυντικός για ξύρισμα.
