Not the easiest to find but acceptable parking on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.
Jäime majutusega igati rahule. Kõik vajalik olemas. Hotelli leidmine pole ka keeruline, kui viitasid jälgida. Rahul
Meget hårde senge.
Bestemt ikke nyt.
Der var rent og værelset var stor.
Men hotellet var meget brugt.
Very nice and quiet hotel. Very big rooms, good breakfast where plays nice music. Near hotel have city center, where you can go with taxi, walk or used intresting historic Žaliakalnis train.
Very beautyful city view in room and roof too🍂🍁
This hotel is right on the walking area of Reykjavik. Strolling, looking for restaurants and browsing stores is easy. Location is an A. The people who work there are extremely helpful and patient.
This hotels welcomes a lot of tour groups. If you signed up for an organized tour group to Iceland, there is a good chance you will stay here. The lobby may have 60 people coming or going at various times.
The rooms are utilitarian. Some rooms have no shampoo or conditioner. Beds are ok. There is no charm to the rooms, no decor.
Their breakfast is great, although I wondered if the eggs were from freeze dried powder? The breakfast bars they serve are delicious.
If you were coming on your own, I would suggest you look at other hotels to see what fits you.
Tip: I usually find booking hotels directly, vs booking websites is less expensive.
Tip: If working out is a daily thing for you, you can buy a pass to the gym of another of their hotels for your entire stay. It is 25 min walking distance.
The location is not the best to visit old town, but the hotel has parking and access to public transports. The rooms are big and, if located in one of the upper floors, very nice panoramic views to the city. The blackouts does not avoid the light to come in soon in the morning :/
Good location. Nice view from the roof(terrace), though there is just 1 table there and nothing else. No restaurant. The room big, but not very nice. Old TV. Bad smell in bathroom. The staff friendly. Breakfast simple, but delicious.
It's a perfect location for travelers. Quite close to the city center, near a main road, surrounded by shopping places and restaurants. The staff has been very kind, helpful and talkative. My room was very large. Room and bath were well heated. Free parking in front of the entrance.
This hotel is wildly overpriced for what you get. The rooms are big, but only due to the owners lack of willingness to make more changes to the former radio factory this is. The tv is tiny and placed 5 meters sway from the bed, and probably 20 years old. The beds are military bunk beds and the breakfast is not satisfactory. Not much to choose from and what is there is not cold enough. No air conditioning made for a week without sleep in an old concrete building. The staff in reception is very nice and friendly.
The coffee in the breakfast area is decent, but the most impressive thing about this hotel are the photos they managed to take in this dump.
This hotel is a very good three star hotel. The position excellent with views over Kaunas city, the staff we encountered were very nice, friendly and helpful, made our stay very pleasant. Would recommend for short visits.
Ottima soluzione per una breve visita di lavoro. C'è tutto quello che serve.
Good location, very close to bus stop so easy access to old town. It's a smallish hotel which looks like it is part of an old office complex that has been renovated. Don't be put off from the Google StreetView from the main road - walk around the corner to find a good hotel. Staff are friendly & hotel clean. Breakfast is a bit basic, but edible. Check out unconventional roof terrace for amazing views of Kaunas
This hotel may look run down on the outside but for travelling cheap it is amazing value for money with big rooms, bath tub and very friendly and helpful staff. Close to a supermarket and major bus lines although busses are not really needed for a town the size of Kaunas. Beautiful view from roof top. Easy walk to new town centre although uphill going back.
It is ok hotel, everything is there one needs but not more. It gives an impression that the Soviet style building was renovated in the 1990s and thereafter time has stopped. Some rooms offer great view to Kaunas city centre, which is a nice added value for this place. It is not a big hotel therefore sometimes during the breakfast the dining room gets crowded and the tables empty faster than replacement is brought. However, service in reception is very friendly and helpful.
In a very good place, not far from the centre of the town and old town . Room was pretty good, large, but cold also cold floor in the bathroom. Breakfast-nice, tasty for adults, but not for teenagers-most of them don''t eat such food. Very tasty coffee.
Having read some scathing reports, ten of us were slightly worried about our stay. We needn’t have. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the reception staff were all friendly, and it was excellent value for money. We had room 101, a lovely double aspect room, very light and airy. The room was warm and cosy, and you could open the windows enough to get a decent amount of fresh air. We had a big shower, and adequate toiletries in pump dispensers. The bed was big and comfy, and the room was quiet at night. We could not hear through the walls (our friends). There were complimentary bottles of water. For breakfast there was a hot choice (fried, boiled eggs, omelettes and frankfurter sausages) You could make your own waffles and toasted sandwiches. There was also fruit juice, cereals and toast. The coffee was very good. I have given it four out of five, as the location wasn’t great, but not a problem to us. It was an uphill walk back from the old town, but a taxi for four people cost 2 euros, so for 50cents a head it was a no brainier. There were not a lot of hotels generally in the area, and this hotel doesn’t have a bar, so you do need to go into the old town for bars and restaurants, but there are plenty. The staff in the bars will get a taxi for you happily. There was a supermarket over the road to the hotel, which had a huge range of food and drink, so you could always buy stuff there and drink it in your room . We got a no 29 bus from the airport, which was so easy. It costs one euro, and the stops are clearly marked so you know when to get off. You then use the subway to cross the road, and you’re there. We allowed ourselves the luxury of a tCi back to the airport, which was 20 euros for four people. We are in a lovely restaurant called Avily, where the food and service was really good. Try the hot beer! All in all this was a lovely hotel. For £20 per person per night, including an adequate breakfast, I fail to understand how anybody can complain. Thank you Centre Hotel for a lovely stay
Room was clear and warm. The view trough the window exelent. This hotel are near by big central street of Kaunas, but rooms are in back side, so they are quiet. The breakfast was simply as in a such hotel like this. Coffe good.
