Bien ubicado, y la habitación es cómoda.

Cons:

No había Internet. Desde que llegué realicé la queja todos los días a través del chat, pero jamás lo arreglaron.

Si necesitas trabajar o tienes responsabilidades que requieren de una conexión a internet no puedo recomendar esta propiedad.

Surprisingly comfortable and will be back!
Pros:

I really liked this b&b, I stayed in a one persons room with shared bathroom. Bed was small but room pretty spacious, was a nice place for me to do some work (very grateful for the AC as well). Location was perfect my favorite area in Valencia
Definitely recommend this place if you’re travelling on a budget but don’t want to stay in a hostel :)

Cons:

Only little problem was at the self check in but was resolved within 5 minutes. I would recommend a snack machine or something but there is a drinks machine available until 12am

Ok ma da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione ottima, in centro e a pochi minuti dalla metro e dalla fermata dell autobus. La nostra camera era al settimo piano la notte non si sentivano rumori della strada e del locale sotto. Check-in automatico da fare con una macchina che rilascia la tessera per aprire la porta della camera.

Cons:

Il bagno condiviso è stretto e scomodo, non sono riuscita a capire se passavano almeno una volta al giorno a pulirlo o se abbiamo semplicemente avuto fortuna di trovare gli altri ospiti educati che come noi lo lasciavano pulito dopo l'utilizzo, poiché il tappeto per la doccia è rimasto lo stesso per 3 giorni, era diventato marrone. Consiglio di lasciarne uno per ogni stanza così che ognuno possa utilizzare il suo, o quanto meno passare a cambiarlo una volta al giorno. Shampoo e doccia schiuma non sono monouso, c'è un dispenser attaccato alla doccia e sono presenti in bagno dei flaconi vari. Assenza di frigo in camera, abbiamo dovuto buttare del cibo e bere acqua calda, che con i 40 gradi che c'erano, non è stato piacevole.

Mala experiencia y mal atención muy costoso para lo que es
Pros:

No sirven los aires acondicionados, para bajar el water hay que esperar media hora, la atención de la recepcionista de emergencia es malisima no sabe atender y grita a los huéspedes cuando me grito le grite tambien si estan atentos 24H deben estar dispuestos atender muy bien, y no correr al huésped como primera opción en ves de resolver el problema, de verdad no recomiendo para nada este hotel

No me gusta la atencion no me gusta las instalaciones y no lo recomiendo es muy costoso para algo que tiene equipos que no funcionan

Great value accommodation in Valencia city
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Check in was very efficient. Reception staff and cleaners were very friendly and helpful. I didn't see anyone else use the shared bathroom and never had to wait. The character of the building was lovely. I will definitely be back.

Cons:

The remote for the ceiling fan and TV didn't work. I brought them to reception the next day & they changed the batteries for the TV but said they didn't have batteries for fan (weird size). Wasn't a big deal as there was air conditioning but why have a remote if you don't have batteries for it.
