Tremendous value for money, notwithstanding the ‘ambush’ parking fee. Clean, everything worked, Staff lovely.

Cons:

Room had no window. Advertised as having parking - when I got there parking was £12.50 extra.

First time excellent, second time disappointing
Pros:

I did not have any breakfast

Cons:

I have been there twice. First time I got a room upstairs and was very nice. The second visit was 3rd may which was so bad. The shower door was broken, the toilet is so squeezed you can hardly sit on it, also there was no toilet brush. The bed was clean but the floor was not very clean. Am sure you can do better
