handy, secure, very comfortable
Pros:

We use this hotel as a work stopover, the rooms are great, the staff are friendly and very proffessional. For example The venue is often used as a wedding venue over the weekend. The staff knowing you are not part of the wedding will locate your room away from the party goers. We travel for work at weekends and have always stayed here while a wedding is taking place and have never noticed. They always have security monitoring the hotel so my vehicle (full of my livelyhood) always feels safe. I can't fault it.

Apart from the fire alarm it was an ideal place to stay
Pros:

Excellent location for the motorway as we needed to collect and take friends to and from the airport. The room we had was large and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off at 12.30am on our first night and it was at least 20 minutes before someone arrived to deal with the situation. The shower control taps were difficult to set for water temperature.

We had no warning that our room didn’t have a window.
Blinds on velux window didn’t work, so room stayed light in early morning.
No soap n the hand dispenser
The security guards were rather intimidating when our son and daughter in law brought their grandson and partner to check in, although we were in the reception to meet them.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

A great location - countryside yet so very well located for Solihull/NEC/Motorway. Very comfortable rooms which are located around the garden and drop off area - minimal walking. Dinner and Breakfast very good

I would certainly use the hotel again as the location was perfect!
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was perfectly adequate and the cooked food we ordered was excellent. The evening menu offered a variety of dishes with a daily option. The meals we had were well cooked and carefully presented. The staff in the bistro were very obliging.

Cons:

The outside music was a little intrusive but it came to an end by 23.00. Our room was adjacent to a food store and bin area so we were disturbed late evening and early morning as staff needed to access these areas.

Posizione: la struttura è immersa nel verde ed è comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto di Birmingham (circa 20 minuti).
Staff gentile.
Camera spaziosa.
Buon ristorante

Cons:

Non era stato specificato che la camera era per disabili, quindi la doccia era senza il piatto e il lavandino del bagno bassissimo e piccolissimo.
L'acqua era fredda: probabilmente c'era un guasto, ma non siamo stati avvertiti.

Overall our stay was pleasant but as above it appears that the rooms need updating
