If secure parking is promised, I would stay there again
Pros:

No instructions on how to use a shared kitchen. Only found it because I was looking for help from a staff member. Rooms were older but clean. Parking in front was too small, but felt secure. I would never park in the back. Staff is friendly, and helpful , when you ask for help you normally expect to get done.

Cons:

Sketchy parking behind the hotel. Stayed 3 notes, staff never made up the room, or changed the towels. Had to chase the staff for coffee and coffee whitner. The most disappointing part of my entire experience was choosing booking .com. they are the part I will change.

Check in issue with rude unhelpful staff
Cons:

Painful check in process with a very unhelpful staff member who refused to do their job. I paid through booking.com and the money had already left my account and was being held by booking, but the staff member said my card had been declined. I showed them the payment had already been made, the issue was they couldn't get the money from booking.com. she told me I needed to call booking.com, I explained that wasnt the case as I had already paid and at this point it's between the hotel and booking (I've worked in the industry before). She refused so I called them and after 20 minutes of waiting and speaking to different people they said, surprise surprise, the property needs to contact them. Even then she tried to claim otherwise until I passed the booking.com agent over to her.

Rooms okay, nothing special. Won't come again because of check in experience

Parking is a mixed lot, one side has signs that say you will be towed, yet Hotel staff states your fine.
