Sehr enttäuschend.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön.

Wir sind einen Tag früher angereist. Leider haben wir trotz schriftlicher Zusage kein Zimmer bekommen und wir mussten auf ein anderes Hotel zurückgreifen. Zum Zimmer können wir nichts sagen. Der Hoteleingang und der Zugang zu den Zimmern ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte sehr verwohnt und nicht besonders sauber. Es war kein Personal vor Ort. Man checkt sich digital ein. Unter der Telefonnummer die 24/7 erreichbar sein soll, war leider niemand erreichbar. Nur über das Restaurant konnte der Kontakt hergestellt werden. Man bot uns ein Zimmer für eine Nacht im Nachbarort an, nicht ohne mehrmals darauf hinzuweisen, dass das ja alles unser Fehler sei. Eine Entschuldigung kam später, nachdem festgestellt wurde, dass es nicht unser Fehler war. Wir haben Abends ein anderes Hotel im gleichen Ort gefunden.
Den Schwanenhof werden wir keinesfalls nochmals buchen.

Top Lage des Hotels. Das Zentrum ist über einen schönen Wanderweg in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück war sehr gut und das Angebot im Restaurant ebenfalls Nettes Personal. Check in digital hat auch geklappt, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel
