Horrible experience

Cons:

I paid overpriced for shit hoyel. Full of molds. I wasnt informed that the swimming pool is under renovation. The first day of stay is horrible! phone is broken, safe is broken hot water takes 30 minutes to start heating, the beds are hard you can almost feel the srping. I want a refubnd.

We booked our hotel room ahead of time before our arrival here in Davao, fully paid via online payment. We even call to get an early check in, as we arrive at around 6am in the airport. However, the staff always tells that there is no available room yet & will keep on updating u. What's awful is that, by 2pm, they only give us 1 room instead of 2 as agreed in the booking. Your said renovation should not be giving inconvenience with your client. It was really a bad experience on our part.

Overall my fiance and i enjoyed our stay, for we were in walking distance of SM Lanang Mall.
Pros:

I believe the breakfast buffet and swimming pool area accommodated our needs during our stay.

Cons:

My fiance and I were disappointed with our inability to take a hot shower during our stay. Even allowing the water to run for several minutes no hot water was produced. Perhaps a better or additional boilers for the hotel. Staying at a hotel with your rates should accommodate guests cold and hot shower needs even at peak hours.
