Da scegliere per la Posizione e la grandezza della stanza
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale. Tutti i servizi a portata di mamo. Mall. Metro e monorail, 7 eleven e sturbacks a pochi metri dall'hotel. Zona vivace. Hotel con una bella hall. Stanze grandi (avevamo una queen).

Cons:

Stanze vetuste per un 4 stelle. Non proprio pulitissimo (abbiamo trovato capelli nel bagno al nostro arrivo).

Great location with endless food choices, but noisy and severely lacking basic amenities.
Pros:

Fantastic location! It's super close to Pavilion Mall, with plenty of great restaurant options just a short walk away. Very convenient spot

Cons:

You can hear quite a bit of noise from the outside. Amenities were also lacking: the shower gel and shampoo were insufficient for two people, no conditioner was provided, and there were no small towels.

Pros:

Location is super amazing ! Best location. HSK team is good .

Cons:

The check in lady was not pleasant. No in room dining option. Room had light machinery noise . I was told that only 2 small bottles can be provided comp. This info should be mentioned upon arrival.

A wonderful and comfortable stay with warm hospitality, friendly staff, and excellent service.
Pros:

I really liked the warm and friendly service. From the welcoming bellboy to the receptionist and housekeeping staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the sincere welcome from the receptionist and the early check-in, as our room was ready before the scheduled 3 PM check-in time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team even provided us with extra mineral water. Overall, the hospitality and excellent service made our stay very pleasant.

Fun stay
Pros:

Everything from checking in to checking out the hotel was a smooth process, the staff are friendly, the room service too. Room is spacious and as what have been asked for. Clean bathroom and toilet with bidet. Overall satisfying stay.

Cons:

The only concern I have is its a connecting room and room are more prone to noise.
