Centeral location
Pros:

Center location for everything. Food and and beverages can be found nearby.

Cons:

Room air-conditioning is not cold enough especially during hot weather. Views from the windows not that great.

None but just a feedback, night guy manager in black on 23/24 was super inflexible and unfriendly. Asked for rm200 to extend 1 more hours.

Enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

We booked a Twin room 23m2 and upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised we got a free upgrade to a much bigger room. Imagine there’s a L-shape walkway from the main door to the room. For Japan hotel standard this is consider a very spacious. Thank you Sotetsu for this thoughtful gesture.

Reception staff is very helpful and courteous. Location of the hotel is great.
We truly enjoy our stay here
