good hotel, clean rooms but staff attitude is militant and dis respectful.
Pros:

room was fine and clean well appointed

Cons:

staff at reception their attitude and grossly wrong accusatory behaviour. didn't think they are trained for hospitality and called my children liars when their house keeping staff picked the second card key and then accused them of losing the same. Petty attitude.

Group travel
Pros:

the customer service is good, attentive to queries and like the efficiency. The room are spacious, shower room and toilet are separated, which is good.

Cons:

Nothing much to complaint about except the fact that some of our teams are given twin sharing room and not as per booking.com request during our booking. Some rooms air-conditioner is a bit too warm for them to sleep in and there isn't much the hotel team can do. Maybe they could improve on this?
