Great, quiet and location. Staff were wonderful.
Pros:

Good location not far from the tourist areas like sky cab/sky bridge/ the Beach… every thing was within 30 minutes drive. The hotel has a clean pool.

Cons:

The carpet smells a bit like mould/wet. Overall, it’s not so noticeable

Comfortabel stadsverblijf
Pros:

De kamer was erg ruim en heeft een zitje.
De badkamer is ook ruim en heeft zowel een ligbad als een inloopdouche.
De medewerkers zijn uitermate vriendelijk.
Faciliteiten als zwembad, fitness, speelkamer en spa zijn in orde.
Het ontbijt is in buffetvorm en uitgebreid.
Het restaurant biedt lunch en dinermogelijkheden.

Cons:

Het hotel kan hier en daar meer aandacht aan onderhoud besteden.
De locatie van het hotel is midden in Kuah, maar heeft op de Pasar Malam na, die op loopafstand ligt, weinig te bieden.
Je bent aangewezen op Grab of taxi om ergens te komen.
Het strand van Pantai Cenang is zo'n twintig minuten rijden net Grab.

Pros:

Very very nice hotel, nice staff, very kind. Especially Ms. Intan and Ms. Eja (very beautiful ladies!) were very friendly and kind. Good rooms very clean and neat. The staff helped us with our requests and they gave the best service and hospitality.
