Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the view of the bay was gorgeous.

Cons:

The property has so much potential but the basic upkeep is lacking. The carpet in the room was dirty. When I walked barefoot, it felt damp. Never took off my slippers again. The drawers were dirty, furniture was falling apart, the AC vent was so dirty and the shower curtain had mold. Besides the location and the excellent view of the bay, this hotel isn't suitable for even a night's stay. You guys really need to up your game. The management should really spend time in the rooms to figure out what needs to be changed.

のんびりできました。
Pros:

予約した時は側だったらしいのですが、山だったら何も景色が見えないので、1泊55リンギ上げて海側にしてもらいました。

上の階と言ったので、そこそこ上の階でした。そこからの景色は最高で1日中ホテルの滞在でオッケー。外は暑いのでホテルの中が1番でした。でも食事に行ったり、買い物に行ったりとしましたが、一日10000歩も歩いてクタクタ。

お友達が亡くなっていたりとか、悲しい事もありましたが、他のお友達がいろいろ喜んでくれたり、本当に皆さんよくしてくれました。
たまたま　ラマダンだったのでランチはできませんでしたが、ディナーは一緒に食べました。

ランカウイはとてものんびりと、穏やかで平和な街でした。10年ぶりだったのでとても感無量。いろいろなホテルが立ってたりしてましたが、やはり昔のランカウイでよかったです。また来年も行きたいです。このホテルは来年から新しいオーナーになってリノベーションするらしいので、この近くの大きなホテルに泊まります。値段はちょっと高いけど。

スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、みんなが親切にしてくれました。ありがとうございました。

Pros:

This is an older property but in good shape. Room size was wonderful, staff very helpful and kind. Hotel provided an extensive breakfast buffet and the building and rooms were clean.

Cons:

Some areas are starting to so signs of age.

Okropna łazienka w przestronnym pokoju.

Przestronny pokój, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa oraz czysty basen, blisko całodobowy sklep oraz kilka restauracji.

Łazienka była w fatalnym stanie, wanna była straszna, okolice wanny zapleśniałe nie zrozumiem dlaczego łazienka tego typu znajduje się w pokoju hotelowym, który ma cztery gwiazdki, najgorsza łazienka spośród wielu czterogwiazdkowych hoteli w których się zatrzymywałem w Azji, zdawało się że to jest wyznacznik jakiegoś standardu, ale nie w tym przypadku, oceniając cały pobyt nie jestem w stanie zapomnieć o tym syfie w łazience.
