Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of town. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay.

Although I didn’t book a room with a sea view, the hotel kindly upgraded my room and offered me one. It was a very pleasant surprise and a thoughtful gesture. Overall, I had a very nice experience staying here.

Cons:

There was a slight odor in the room when I first checked in, but after I informed the staff, they responded immediately and placed an air freshener machine in the room to resolve the issue. I really appreciated their quick response and effort to make the stay comfortable.

Pros:

Good location in Kuah which is much less touristy than the beach resorts. Nice spacious room. Excellent and friendly staff.

I like the hotel’s staff, location and facilities.

Kuah is not a good destination for your holidays. Luckily, transferred daily with cheap Grab rides

Friendly staff an accommodating late checkout.

Cons:

Old hotel, past his glory days. The room had a large bed and was awkwardly empty for half of the size (as some furniture would've been removed. The price was very high for the period we've booked, about three times the usual price (30-40 EUR/night in regular times). The neighbourhood is strange, far from any beach and any decent amenities (restaurants and so)... looks like it had some better days, which are way past.

Pros:

The hotel room was very dirty and had a very bad smell. It felt suffocating. After I checked in, the reception informed me that I had to make an extra payment to stay on a higher floor. I then paid the additional amount and moved to an upper floor room
