Uncomfortably noisy. Mediocre service
Pros:

The location was not too far from popular landmarks and sites

Cons:

I could not sleep at all on none of the nights. Extremely noisy and unfortunate for guests who are traveling far and need their rest. Even after construction, the walls and floors are paper thin and you can hear everything in every adjacent room, even noise from the hallways sound like people are in the room with you.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The location. Breakfast and staff. Roof top bar has great views and would be lovely in summer..wonderful views.

Cons:

Pillows! Too hard. Room looked more luxurious online but it had everything we needed. Bit too pricey for me.
