Es war das perfekte Hotel für unseren London Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Unsere Junior Suite war absolut perfekt, sehr modern und komfortabel - und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht.
Die Hotelangestellten waren überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super durch die Nähe zur Waterloo Station, man ist aber auch recht schnell zu Fuß zum London Eye gelaufen.
Besonders schön ist die Skybar des Hotels.

Lovely hotel short walk from the underground
Pros:

When we checked in we were offered a complimentary drink. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar on the 8th floor has amazing views of the city.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig, ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung des Zimmers. Die Lage ist super zum Erkunden der Stadt, sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit Bus/U-Bahn ist alles schnell zu erreichen.

A lovely hotel stay that facilitated an outstanding trip to London.
Pros:

The proactivity and professional courtesy of the staff was a delight. The bus network from just outside the hotel to the main attractions was ideal and Waterloo station was less than 10 minutes walk away so getting to and from the airport was easy.

Pros:

Hotel novo e muito bem localizado! Para nós foi tudo perfeito! O quarto era excelente, além de muito bem decorado! A cama era muito confortável, tinha maquina de café e chaleira elétrica no quarto. As toalhas eram muito macias e grandes, e o chuveiro era forte! Os funcionários muito solicitos e simpáticos, principalmente a Violeta, que fez nosso check in. Indico de olhos fechados!

Hotel muito acolhedor, confortavel e bem localizado, perto de várias opções de transporte. O quarto e a limpeza do mesmo estava impecavel, no meu caso sendo um piso superior, a vista é fantástica. O pequeno almoço é excelente, assim como o serviço, em particular a simpatia do chefe de sala Felipe.

Cons:

A janela do quarto estava mal insonorizada, mas isso não afetou a estadia.
