Very relaxing stay, just a shame about the street noise
Pros:

In the center of London. Only a short walk to the underground, a bit further and you reach the London Eye

Cons:

Not so much the property, but the street noise woke me several times

Excellent hotel enhanced our holiday in London.
Pros:

Location was good, not far from Waterloo station/ bridge and the bustle of the North Bank.
Hotel staff polite and friendly. A complimentary drink on arrival.
Room well-equipped, very clean, lovely lighting, coffee machine restocked daily. Perfect.

Das sehr grosszügige abwechslungsreiche und frische Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen
Das sehr hell gestaltete Zimmer, sehr modernes Bad, super Betten
Zimmer 715 (ist 1 Stock unter der Bar, was am Fr. etwas laut war)

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten des Frühstücks:
Mo-Fr um 7 Uhr
Sa und So um 7.30 Uhr (dürfte auch früher um 7 Uhr öffnen)

Nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely property and staff very accommodating. Room was very appropriate and clean.

Cons:

Only issue was the location was a 10-12 minute walk to the tube and the neighborhood was not stellar. If you don’t mind the walking it was fine. We were also about 15 minutes walk away from the south bank shopping area.

Cons:

Staff were not very helpful at all. Location although close to main attractions (Big Ben) the area didn’t feel the safest
