Выбирали отели между исторической части города и современной части. Супруга выбрала историческую часть и о боже какое же было разочарование!! Citadines наша любимая сеть отелей в Азии, но как говорится: в семье не без урода! Ужасный отель!! Фотографии не соответствуют действительности! Грязные коридоры, грязные стекла, заляпаные стеклянные двери, ковролин весь в пятнах. И это грязь не одного дня, а это днями, а по ощущениям неделями не убирались. Бассейн грязный не стали купаться. Бассейн очень маленький, там мы никого и не видели за три дня. Если окна еомерв выходят на дорогу, сразу меняйте номер, шумка отсутвует! Отели Citadines славятся своими завтраками, но не в данном отеле. Завтрак полный отстой. Яйца и рис есть !)) В туалете сильно воняет канализацией. Выбирайте отель в другой части города, потому что от исторической части ничего не осталось.(

Great value in a nice, clean city.
Pros:

Surprised… located in busy street but safe, accessible to a SM mall, museums, and restaurants. Also, near ferry to Guimaras. Has a nice gym, pool area and poolside refreshments & beverages

Great stay for the money
Pros:

The room is great - offers a kitchenette, big closet and a big fridge. The bed is big and pretty comfy.

Cons:

The TV and the shower door were not working/closing properly, so it took an extra time to get used to.

I booked a room for my mother’s birthday since I couldn’t be there and only asked for a simple note to make her smile, but they really went the extra mile. ♥️ The room was beautiful, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Will definitely book again! 💯

Pros:

Overall, Citadines Amigo is a decent hotel. It is somewhat dated, but clearly maintained with care, especially in terms of its interior design.

The pool area is not very large, but it stands out for its pleasant look and feel. A dedicated spa area is conveniently located right next to the pool.

Our room was spacious and well equipped, including a proper refrigerator, wardrobe, and kettle. The bathroom was small but functional and well maintained.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was truly nothing to complain about in terms of service.

The location is in a lively and more authentic area of Iloilo City, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, SM Delgado, Watsons, and several thrift shops, which makes it very convenient for daily needs and exploring the neighborhood.

Cons:

Breakfast offered a selection of both hot and cold dishes; however, many of the hot items were unfortunately no longer warm.

One area that clearly needs improvement is sound insulation. We had a room facing the street, and it was very difficult to sleep at night due to poor window insulation and traffic noise.

Additionally, my husband unfortunately encountered a cockroach in the bathroom. Even in a tropical country, this should not occur in a hotel of this category.
