Overall.. LFisher is a very good place to stay.?
Pros:

Staff are nice and helpful. I love the location as its in the center. Im in the newly renovated room so the room's clean and the airconditioning is good.

Cons:

The elevator didtnt work for 5 days. Since im in the 3rd floor. Its hard to keep going up and down the stairs

Cons:

The one we stayed was very old room. Toilet was old, stain and dirty the bathtub. You could smell it old. Cockroach in the room and outside. Staff ate like to chat with each other..breakfast at 8am, not replenished the condiments, bacon has to asked staff if you want (buffet, guest can take as many as they want) at 8am they dont replenish the food. You have to ask then they dont ut. even the front desk, we waited for clearance..if I didn’t asked hey totally forgot to informed us. A bit disappointing, thus is the hotel that known in Bacolod and people look up to but not impressive anymore.

Pros:

The staff were accommodating but there were repeat miscommunication with various staff.

Cons:

The room was particularly noisy due to the old air-conditioning unit. The lift were not working making it hard to get to the rooms especially if you have mobility issue or elderly.

Cons:

Even though there was a full bed and a twin bed they would not allow my daughter to stay with her mom and grandmother. I was even willing to pay the extra fee so they could stay together.

Lots of choices for breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Beautiful old art deco building. Two restaurants - one at the pool with a swim up bar.

Pros:

The breakfast was first class.

Cons:

The location on the second floor was terrible not recommended wouldn't stay on the second floor too much noise from people entering and exiting the casino do not stay on that side of the hotel. Thay need new aircon as well aircon is outdated and noisy ,double glazing on the windows is recommended urgently.

Don’t stay in this hotel. It’s old, the outside hotel is nice but not the inside especially the rooms, and it’s the hott
Pros:

I like only the breakfast that’s all. And will never going to stay in this hotel ever again!

Cons:

The rooms, the lobby is hot, the hallway is warm there are no AC except the rooms. We booked 7 rooms for all my sisters and families. The bed and pillows are hard. It’s not comfortable and we even complain in the front desk but they don’t care at all.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Very accessible to all amenities and places to see. Staff were brilliant, very helpful.

Cons:

Nothing , the place is clean and rooms are big .. the only thing I can comment is that the rooms need modernisation esp the toilets .

Not a good stay for my family - Expecially as we were on a short vacation

Quality of the food and the good location of the L'Fisher

Cons:

Our Superior Deluxe Double Room - Was not in a good location. We were on the Second Floor with constant noise, dripping water from aircon units up above on 3rd, 4th and 5th floors on top of our room aircon unit... Disturbing our nights sleeping.. The room was old (NOT Newly Renovated) and the view was not good... Roof with other outside split aircon units and next to other houses. No view of poolside or distant sea/docks... We had one Evening Dinner Buffet starting at 8pm... the food was good but experience was like a stampede of other guests to get to the servery first ( Not organised giving a very bad experience that night )

Water in chalet was cloudy. Gym has no air-conditioning. No cups at water station. Can't adjust thermostat. So cold.
