Always love going there.
Pros:

The breakfast buffet is great. The staff is great and always friendly and helpful. The spa is always great. Masseuse are great and the value for what you get is tremendous. A small 50 peso tip each to the cooks and staff and guards is greatly appreciated by them. They pick up and deliver you to the airport no matter what time of day. It’s a 30-40 minute drive.

It’s okay.
Pros:

Location was great. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is so expensive and the kitchen was very dirty. You can see it at the back of the buffet tables.
I came around 9am for breakfast and many from the menu were not available already.
The pool is on the other side of the building and it looks old and not well maintained.

Pros:

Staff were so friendly and polite,spacious and clean room, great food breakfast buffet we enjoyed it good value of money.During our first stay reception give us an option for bed we choose the king size and its lovely but during second second stayed we didnt given an option for bed and we end up having 2 seperate beds double and single in which makes my husband uncomfy since hes tall and not much room to move so we complain in the next day and reception sort it out for us very accomodating...last concern the bell man damage the handle of my suitcase should have been careful.

조식이 대체로 만족스러웠고, 숙소 청결상태를 잘 유지해주었음.

Cons:

만족스러운 조식이었으나 COVID-19 이전보다는 약간 질이 떨어진 듯한 느낌을 받았음.

ok, aber wir würden nicht mehr dieses Hotel wählen.

Gut gelegen, Parkservice für Privatauto, Pool auf dem Dachgeschoss

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht gut gewartet und macht einen schmudligen Eindruck. Teppiche defekt, Poolbelag sanierungsbedürftig. Laundryservice funktionniert, aber man muss hartnäckig nachfragen, wann die Wäsche geliefert wird. Auf der Dachterrasse lebt eine (oder mehrere Ratten) in der Rabatte!

一部を我慢すれば、立地が良く良いホテルでした。
Pros:

ホテルは古いですが、部屋は広く近くにレストランなどがあり良い立地に立っていました。

Cons:

タオルなどの備品が初日はバスタオルしかなくとても不便でした。タオルをリクエストしたらフェイスタオルが来て次の日には普通のタオルが部屋に届きました。石鹸が三日目から届かなくなりました。あと、朝の食事ですがバイキングなのですが、ラップなどしてないところに虫が止まっていたりして

I stayed in a 5 star hotel with no dress code for breakfast!

Great stay, while the hotel needs better maintenance
Pros:

The hotel, even getting visibly older, offers a great stay with value for money. The staff is always very helpful

Cons:

Overall the hotel needs a better maintenance and more focus to some details. The Chalet side reception area was awfully smelling like cigarette smoke. The breakfast buffet should be maintained better. Items most of the time only get replaced, if someone is asking 1-2 times - it lacks an effective supervisor functions here. Also buffet areas should me more clean. All of this the management should be more vigilant on.
