Nice hotel
Pros:

Beachfront, staff was nice. Room was nice. Food was good.

Cons:

Dark hallways & stairways. Stairway was dark with no lighting/ trip hazard. Back hallway was adjacent to machine blowing hot air.

I will return, staff were outstanding in all areas.
Pros:

Beach was on the doorstep, suggest a foot rinsing station would be helpful to wash sand off feet before going to rooms.

Cons:

Rooms aging, but kept nice and clean.

The service of the staff was excellent.

Cons:

Once you get to the beach front, the vendors for the activities and other random things will come to you one after the other. It’s hard to relax!

Recommended, and will book again
Pros:

The room is very spacious and the access to the pool (while the pool is quite small) is very convenient. The hotel changes towels and gives complementary water and the bathroom tissue supply is not an issue. The hotel slippers are very comfortable. The location is ideal as it is located in station one, and the restaurant serves reasonable and delicious meals. Recommended orders in the resto: Halo halo, four cheese pizzza, tinola and bulalo. As for the breakfast buffer, they have a reasonable selection so it is just okay.

Cons:

The pool is very small and has no shower stalls or footbath nearby. The pathway leading to the room is where the sewage system is located so it really stinks. The cleanliness can be improved

Pros:

Nice location close everything that I need.

Cons:

The toilet flush and sink was clogged! No blower from the bathroom smells really bad. When you open the door going outside the smell outside is bad!
We ordered the pizza and it's saggy taste not good!!!

Very disappointed.
Cons:

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked a pool access room but the room specially the shower area smelled strongly like urine. We reported the issue and ask for help but the staff did not seem concerned and nothing was done to fix it. Cleanliness and customer service were both below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Overall, our stay was really good!👍🏻 ☺️
Pros:

Amazing service and very accommodating staff! Kuya Gail was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout our entire stay, constantly checking in to ensure we were having a great time.

I also appreciated that the staff safely returned the sunglasses I left by the pool to the lost and found.

Plus, the breakfast was delicious!🤤👌

Cons:

The only downside was the internet,
I hope they can improve their Wi-Fi as the connection in our room was very slow.

Die Lage ist top, Beachfront mit spektakulärem Sonnenuntergang. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Strandblick. Geräumiges Zimmer und großzügiges Badezimmer. Pool für Kids.

Fantastic place to stay - Highly recommend 😊😊
Pros:

The hotel is in Station 1 which is the quieter area which we wanted. Glorious white sand beach and lovely warm water to swim in. The hotel was superb. Really lovely room, good location - nothing too far to walk to. Staff were really friendly and especially Julie and Rowe the waiters in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Penso che la posizione di questo hotel sia tra le migliori dell'isola perché si trova lontano dal caos di Station 2 e al punto in cui partono le varie escursioni, per cui la spiaggia di fronte all'hotel è veramente da cartolina e non è sempre stra piena di gente. Comunque in 15 minuti di passeggiata si arriva alla "movida" di Station 2 se proprio non potete farne a meno. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante è molto buono, noi abbiamo quasi sempre pranzato e cenato lì perché c'era molta scelta. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben equipaggiata.

Cons:

La nostra camera era al piano terra, lungo il corridoio principale. Quindi non ci è mai stato possibile aprire le tende e godere della luce naturale perché ci avrebbero visto tutti. Alla sera si sentivano tutte le persone che camminavano lungo il corridoio da e per il ristorante e idem al mattino quindi era un po' fastidioso se si voleva dormire. Il bagno era praticamente attaccato al retro del ristorante per cui anche li aprire le finestre era impossibile perché entrava odore di cibo. A mio avviso al piano terra non dovrebbero proprio esserci camere a questo punto. Il prezzo pagato non l'ho trovato congruo. Se fosse stato più economico me ne sarei fatto una ragione ma per più di 100€/notte sinceramente non è il massimo.
