excellent hotel that exceeded my expectation
Pros:

breakfast was delicious, the location is strategic, easy access from main road, the water from swimming pool is not cold, the toiletries are complete, the body wash and shampoo from sensatia botanica.

Cons:

the gym is closed and no playground for kids.

I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent with variety menus to choose for. I had no complaints and enjoyed my meal. Good location just minutes away from Malioboro and close to the main train station. Definitely I would stay here again

Cons:

My concern about the bathroom towels, the color is not white but looks grayish looks like you dont wash them with special detergent to keep them white . That's the only concern

Great we will be doing it again next time we will use the bullet train from Jakarta.
Pros:

Great selection of Asian foods, with a reasonable selection of western foods. Everything was fresh, well-presented and tasted great. Staff were helpful polite and courteous. The restaurant was clean and well presented. Plus, breakfast was included in the daily fee.

Cons:

Nothing the price was within our budget, and everything was up too our expectations. Pool area and gardens were clean and well maintained. the only downside was the traffic beyond the hotel control being school holidays also a public holiday.

Saya diberi kamar yg pada hari pertama showernya tdk berfungsi dan berikutnya ac nya tdk dingin, kondisinya tdk nyaman ini sampai sy pulang, kliatannya kamar itu jgn digunakan sampai diperbaiki dulu

overall is perfect staying here, unless you got the room facing the front public road
Pros:

very good location close to tugu yogya/ jl. mangkubumi/ jl. malioboro, modern and tropical building with cozy interior atmosphere, clean and spacious facing pool room, swimming pool is big and the water is not so cold

Cons:

the first night when i got the room facing front main road was awful, due to the sound of noisy motorcycle muffler in the middle of the night until 2 pm, those facing road rooms are not sound tight at all, there is something the hotel management has to do to manage this issue.
