We stayed in one of the penthouses, which comprises 2 king-size bedrooms with a huge communal kitchen & lounge with wrap around balcony. This was actually cheaper to share when compared to two single rooms.
The bedrooms were huge & very well equipped with absolute dreamy beds with high quality linens. The bathrooms were spacious with plenty of counterspace, quality toiletries, plush towels & racks to dry wet clothes. The lounge was comfy to sprawl & chill out on. There are 3 pools, with the ability to laze, nap & indulge in snacks/cocktails – definite resort relaxation vibes! Breakfast in the open air restaurant is included in the room rates, which is a deluxe delish a la carte service. The poolside bar offers a snack & casual meal menu at a reasonable price.
I really liked the dive schedule allowing divers to pick & choose what dives they do, ie 8am, 10.30am, 2pm etc. Not to mention the dive centre facilities & camera room are truly spectacular. The onsite day spa was also amazingly serene – the services were performed exactly as expected.
Staying here for a week was a dream, so much so that we are returning for another week. Highly recommend indulging & experiencing such an amazing place.

The setting is beautiful. The help was amazing. The food options and presentation was exceptional. I have never stayed in a resort with such friendly and great help anywhere. I hated to leave.

I recently returned from a week at Atmosphere, and found it to be relaxing with excellent service and a large, professional dive center. The room was large and comfortable, pools large and food excellent (touching on gourmet).

The quiet luxury feel of the beautiful resort, supported by the over and above service provided by all the staff, made it a wonderful experience. I dove for 5 days and the dive guide and support were top notch. The muck diving in particular must rank in the top 5 I have seen or heard of throughout the world, with many frogfish, seahorses, cuttlefish, nudis, and on and on.

I won’t deny that it was expensive versus alternatives, but for those who can afford it, the experience and comfort is well worth it, in my view.

Great complex with very attentive staff where nothing was too much trouble . Fantastic food with really good accommodation . English tea with milk in the fridge was the the only missing thing .

We recently stayed at Atmosphere Luxury Resort in Dauin and overall had a pleasant experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with a very nice layout featuring three pools, a beachfront location, spacious villas, and beautifully manicured gardens. The property feels peaceful and relaxing, and the villas are comfortable and well designed. A special thank you to Lemuel at the front desk who helped us secure our reservation with a last-minute booking.

The highlight of our stay was definitely The Sanctuary Spa. It truly lives up to its name — very serene, relaxing, and professionally run. We booked three massages and body scrubs and had a wonderful experience. If you visit the spa, try to book Jay Ann, who was excellent.

That said, the resort is quite pricey and almost every activity or movement around the property involves additional cost. While we expected this, service could be more proactive considering the luxury price point. The staff were friendly but not particularly service-oriented compared to other luxury resorts we’ve stayed in around Batangas, Boracay, and Palawan.

The rooms are spacious and nice, though we noticed limited toiletries and some electrical sockets were not working, which required assistance from housekeeping. The food was OK but also quite expensive.

Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with a standout spa, but with a bit more attention to service details it could fully match the expectations of a luxury property.

We stayed for 4 nights in a Premium Pool Suite on a B&B basis.
The room was lovely, as was the outside area. We didn't use the private pool as it was very shady and we love to sunbathe . It did rain quite a bit too ( and windy) which didn't help unfortunately. The main pools were lovely though and sunbeds plentiful so we were happy, the sun did shine for us some of the time! The pool bar staff were amazing, really attentive and warm and friendly, especially Larry who really looked after us, especially when I had an upset - more later.- he was amazing .
The food in the restaurant was amazing, lovely menu ,, the breakfasts, in particular , were stunning, the best we've had anywhere , all al a carte too. Probably too much food is offered at breakfast tho - just our opinion , we had to refuse the breads and fruit after a couple of days as we'd not have fitted in the amazing main breakfast meal! Can highly recommend the Filipino breakfast - soo tasty , but so were the omelettes - all delicious!
They have a great dive centre onsite and offer PADI courses and trips out which was very popular with guests and run very well. Unfortunately we had one issue whilst we were there when we were recommended to snorkel off the beach - on a day where the sea was still very choppy , and were told , when we asked, that a guide wasn't necessary and it was safe, We are experienced but we did have an issue in the sea which the staff did deal with ok in the end but we felt could have been dealt with much better at the time ( unusual conditions on that day we were told) . We'd say don't go out on your own if the sea is choppy , insist on a guide . I think they learnt from our experience as, the next day, others were taken out with a guide also. We are experienced snorkellers and did enjoy an amazing boat trip to Apo Island the following day - the sea a lot calmer - and saw plenty of turtles and fish - can highly recommend, the safely onboard and the guide we had were amazing - wonderful experience and I was glad I wasn't put off by the bad experience the day before . I do believe it was a one off so don't let this put anyone off as it's an amazing dive centre with great, experienced staff, just be cautious if the sea gets rough.
We also had a couples full body massage in the Spa and were blown away at how good they were - some of the best we've had anywhere - make sure you book one in while you are there..
All in all we had a lovely time and can highly recommend Atmosphere Resort & Spa in Dauin , Dumaguete .

如果可以，我想给负分，如果不想体验水肺潜水，完全没有必要住这里，即使是水肺潜水，旁边也有更好的选择。这个度假村不大，沙滩是黑色的，风大浪大，不适合游泳浮潜。很多同类的度假村，早餐很丰富，这里的完全西式，不适合中国胃，吃完就想上厕所。住在在这里体验极差，这里的客户欧美人为主，有很多来自纽约的，如果你是亚洲面孔，会有很大可能像我们一样被区别对待。在siquijor 的CoCo grove resort，工作人员非常友善，并且告知了我们所需的各种信息。在这个度假村，他们要求下载一个他们的APP，但是只提供安卓，苹果系统的版本，华为的鸿蒙系统是用不了的，所有很多信息都系要我们慢慢摸索。在携程介绍中说有中文服务，根本没有，等我们摸索清楚，赠送的十分钟头部按摩已经无法预定，也无法预定去APO岛的浮潜。所以我们预约了YOGA，他们的课程是在下午四点，并且他们要求我填写预约表格的时候，上面是空白的，也没有口头告知说收费多少，等我们check out的时候，被告知收费是2800比索，相比每晚300多美金的房价，不算贵，但是没有被提前告知，感觉被他们欺骗了，体验极差，而且服务人员一直质疑是我们的问题，说是和经理沟通，让我们一早check out的时候再说，第二天负责check out的人根本没有说这件事，所以他们只是再敷衍而已，感觉根本没有认真对待我们遇到的问题。我住过巴厘岛，马来西亚，斐济，毛里求斯，……各个海岛的度假村，报货菲律宾的bohol,siquijor,遇到的唯一一次YOGA收费，也是唯一一次因为亚洲面孔被区别对待也是我唯一一次写下差评。如果可以回到过去，我宁愿从来没有来过这家度假村，我不仅付了高额的房费，破坏我的度假心情，还要花费时间和精力写下这条评价。最后想提醒一下，这里的空调正对着床头，对中国人的睡眠习惯来说非常不友好。房间101旁边有功能房，晚上睡觉有奇怪的声音，睡眠浅的人谨慎选择这间房。关于机场和港口交通，酒店非常偏僻，距离机场港口大概都是20KM多一点，再agoda和tripadvisor上面酒店提供免费交通，实际上是收费的，送机服务如果是叫骑车的话是3000比索，他们叫突突车的话是1000比索，我们是自己找的突突车，只需要300比索，从码头过去是200。这家酒店的服务让我觉得自己人傻钱多随多，花费半小时写下这条评论，希望能够对大家有帮助。

What a lovely place. We spent eight days diving here in Jan 2026 and absolutely loved it. The room was large, well equipped and spotless and the grounds of the hotel are absolutely immaculate. It really is an oasis of calm. Special mention for the food and waiting staff, it really was a pleasure to watch an open kitchen and see the care and attention they give to what they are doing. The dive centre was excellent and in Arjay we had a guide with incredible eyes. He found us a list of critters to long to go into here but to see flamboyant cuttlefish on almost every dive was great. There are lots of small details whch make this the place what it is and one of them is the small coffee bar by the small children's pool. We had a very good coffee here most days and Alan, the fella running it is a legend! Highly recommended.

Our experience at Atmosphere was phenomenal. It is beautiful here and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I definately recommend Atmosplere.

Recommend this resort - the landscape, accommodation, setting is stunning (no beach), the people are warm and welcoming, the food so good, and the diving is fantastic (beautiful reef, lots of life).

Our stay was great..although we did not dive. We did enjoy. We feel if you are not diving maybe find another place. I feel they treat the divers maybe with a little more attention

My father and I spent a week here on a diving trip, and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the level of hospitality throughout the resort was superb. The restaurant served excellent food, with great service and an overall really enjoyable dining experience. It has an excellent bar and offers amazing fine dining too. For those interested in exploring the surrounding area and local markets they offer outings with tour guides which were excellent.

The dive school was outstanding. All of the team were welcoming, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We completed our Nitrox and Advanced Open Water courses with Tamara, the marine biologist and a certified dive instructor. She was brilliant—highly knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to learn from.

The diving itself was amazing, offering a great mix of coral reefs and exceptional macro life. For those interested in technical diving or underwater photography, the facilities here are the next level.

Overall, this is an outstanding resort that I would highly recommend to anyone, especially diving enthusiasts.

Atmosphere has it all! The grounds are beautiful, the accommodations spacious and comfortable and the dining excellent with an attentive, friendly staff including an in house sommelier, Ed who was knowledgeable and friendly. And then there’s the diving! The whole team was friendly, helpful and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The diving is phenomenal, especially the macro critters. Our dive master Louie found the tiniest creatures for us and celebrated enthusiastically when we found something on our own. This is a well run resort with friendly helpful staff. We are already planning our return.

We just wrapped up 2 weeks at Atmosphere and absolutely loved it. The grounds are beautiful, room was huge, modern and very comfortable. Food was superb with many menu choices and daily specials. Most importantly, the diving was awesome. Some of the best macro we’ve ever done. Dive shop is clearly well managed thanks to B and Jan. A special call out to all the amazing staff including Louie our dive master, Ed the sommelier who was such a great host, and Charlie at the pool who looked after us. We will be back! The best staff. Amazing place. White Lotus vibes. Loved it. The staff is so accommodating. The best service I’ve ever experienced. The spa is amazing too. It was paradise.

We had a wonderful stay at Atmosphere Resort & Spa.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: the setting is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.

The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling — they truly make you feel special. Little touches like the handwritten note and local chocolates made our stay even more memorable.

The food was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this resort and would love to come back one day. Thank you to the entire Atmosphere team!

It's rare that one receives top notch service even before becoming a confirmed customer. But this is what I experienced at Atmosphere. I was gobsmacked that Nenita answered my initial email with such detail and clarity that the anticipated email back and forth was not required.

And the service did not stop with booking. Airport to resort, check-in, restaurant experiences, room, dive experience, bar, excursion planning and execution (including daily 4am trip to church). Atmosphere can be known by its smiles.

The grounds are beautiful, and have an aesthetic I've not seen in the Philippines. Absolutely peaceful. Our room was bright and airy, and beautifully appointed. I loved the showers.

We started planning our next trip while we were there, and Lemuel showed us a good selection of rooms. All clean and ready for the next guests.

But, I shouldn't name names for everyone was special. Everyone smiled, from MD to groundsperson.

My most special moments were that I had my first 3 dive experiences at Atmosphere. With B and Jan encouraging me, and Lor finally getting me out of the starting gates. And the boat team of course.

Small things that pleased us? Well, yes, the smiles. But also the fresh milk delivered on request. The fact that meal courses came in order and not jumbled. The quality of the in-room coffee. That the reception staff did our peculiar little bookings without complaint.
