Fantastic stay, great rooms and breakfast with great and kind personnel. We would always come back.

The (not included) breakfast buffet was fantastic

The location is very central, we could reach all museums and interesting locations to visit by foot during our stay

The staff was very helpful, speaking all kinds of languagues (English, French) very well, and a required repair (not critical) was solved in a very professional and fast manner.

We could leave our luggage the day we left for some hours.

Cons:

When we left our luggage in the unlocked storage room, the responsibility was completely on us. This is ok. But it could be a solution to propose luggage markers or lock the room the guarantee a little safety.

Colazione sufficente, posizione ottima al centro

Cons:

La stanza singola molto angusta e poco illumnata. La doccia molto piccola con difficolta a entrare. Rubinetti che si svitano. La pulizia della stanza non è stata fatta il secondo giorno. Alle mie rimostranze alle ore 15.00, alla reception hanno detto che facevano solo gli arrivi ma se avessi voluto avrebbero mandato qualcuno. Nonostante il mio diniego dopo un'ora è arrivata una cameriera che in 5 minuti a cercato di pulire il bagno.
