Ottima soluzione a Torino
Pros:

Posizione Top. Vicina ai collegamenti con l'aeroporto, con la stazione Porta Nuova e con la maggior parte dei mezzi pubblici diretti ai luoghi di interesse turistico. Centro storico e due passi, infinità di supermercati e altri servizi a due passi. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera sufficientemente spaziosa e dotata di spazi per riporre valigie e effetti personali. Letto singolo alla francese e cuscini molto comodi. Biancheria, compresi asciugamani, di buona fattura e in tutta evidenza nuovi. Camera e bagno molto puliti. Asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente anche se lasciati nei porta asciugamano. Ho chiesto una coperta supplementare e mi è stata consegnata, sigillata nella plastica, nel giro di pochi minuti.
Colazione varia e con prodotti freschi. Presenza di prodotti senza zucchero, senza lattosio, vegani. Piccoli elettrodomestici (ad esempio, tostapane) nuovissimi, curati e puliti, come tutta la saletta.
Bagno piccolo, ma carino e funzionale. Ottimo il Phon, non il classico Phon da albergo. Spazi più che sufficienti per gli asciugamani. Il box doccia non chiudeva bene, ma non ci sono state fuoriuscite d'acqua. L'acqua esce e scorre altrettanto bene.

Cons:

Stanza, rivolta verso via XX Settembre, soffre il rumore proveniente dalla strada al passaggio del tram (nonostante due finestre) e del rumore del riscaldamento, anche a minimo. Molto rumorosa anche la ventola del bagno. Inoltre si sentono anche i rumori provenienti dal bagno della stanza a fianco. Io ho comunque dormito bene perché uso i tappi per le orecchie.
Inoltre non è stato possibile, per un difetto verificato dal personale, chiudere completamente le tende oscuranti e, pertanto, nonostante abbia chiuso anche la persiana, la mattina filtrava un po' di luce.
In bagno sarebbero utili uno o due mensole per riporre i propri prodotti personali. Poca luce nello specchio in bagno, difficile fare il make up.
Personalmente ho trovato troppo alti wc e bidet (io sono 165 cm).

Pratique pour flâner en centre ville
Pros:

grande chambre agréable en sous pente, bonne literie et petit déjeuner très bien.
Personnel serviable.
Bon emplacement : proche d'un parking ou de la gare et du centre historique

Un bellissimo week end nel cuore di Torino
Pros:

La colazione non era inclusa ma l'ho aggiunta in loco. C'era una buona variabilità dolce e salato con tanto di frutta fresca.
Possibilità di capuccino vegetale richiedibile.
La camera era spaziosa con armadi a vista molto comodi.
Veramente comoda la posizione, tra la stazione FS di Porta Nuova e il centro di Torino.

Cons:

Il bagno e il lavandino erano davvero piccoli, non c'era spazio per appoggiare oggetti personali. La doccia era comunque comoda.
