Allegro wins the day
Pros:

My room was large, my bathroom was perfect for my mobility needs, my request for no clean linen or towels was honoured, which is unusual and I had a kettle and coffee etc. In addition, I lost my door card and it was replaced free of charge, which I had not expected.

This is the third Hotel I have used in recent years and it has been the best. I will certainly go back.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e curata nei dettagli. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e sempre ben sistemata.

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. Anche la posizione dell’hotel è ottima, comoda per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della zona.

Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un servizio eccellente. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Letto e cuscini comodi. Ragazzi accoglienti, disponibili e molto gentili.

Cons:

Finestra poco insonorizzata: sabato sera, nella stanza con finestra sulla strada, si sentiva tutto, ma a noi non ha disturbato.

Me encanto lo amables que fueron, llegamos con mi familia muy temprano, no recibieron las maletas y pudimos pasear por la ciudad durante el dia , para luego ir al hotel.

L'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione (3 minuti a piedi dalla metro). L'Hotel in generale è molto carino e molto colorato! Il personale è super gentile. Camera molto carina e sopratutto molto pulita!

Cons:

Il bagno nella nostra camera era un pò scomodo (due ambienti separati per doccia e WC). La colazione, era molto povera, ma per quel poco che c'era era ok.
