Barcelona’da güvenli, samimi, merkezi bir otel arayışı olan tüm misafirlere öneriyorum.
Pros:

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Çözüm odaklıydılar. Kibar ve anlayışlıydılar. Odalar temizdi; seyahat ütüsü bulunması çok avantajlıydı. Tüm gün iş ve gezi ile geçtiğinde odamıza geldiğimizde huzurlu bir uyku uyuyor olmak gerçekten güzeldi. Sadece konaklama esnasında otel girişimde yapılan boyama çalışmasından dolayı boya kokusu bizi rahatsız etmişti. Ancak durumu otel çalışanlarına ilettiğimizde sorunu anında çözüp bizi camı açılan ve dış cepeye bakan odaya transfer ettiler; sonrasında durumu anlatan bir özür mektubu ve kibar bir tutumla çikolata hediye etmeleri de çok nazikçeydi. Otelin konumu çok avantajlıydı. Gideceğimiz çoğu yere yürüyerek ve metroyla ulaştık. Bu anlamda da çok iyiydi. Ayrıca otelin güvenli oluşunu da vurgulamak isterim; çünkü bu da gelirken özellikle insanların dikkat ettiği bir detay…

Cons:

Odamızın penceresi açılmıyordu çünkü zaten iç cepeye bakıyordu ancak bunu bilerek satın aldığımız için problem etmiyoruz. Bence odada bir kahve makinesi olması güzel olurdu. Bir de otel terliği olmalıydı. Ben yorumlardan bildiğim için kendi terliğimi getirmiştim ama bence odada tek kullanımlık terlik bulunması bu otele daha çok yakışırdı:)

La nostra camera aveva la finestra che non si chiudeva bene, quindi il rumore della strada si sentiva parecchio di notte. Lo abbiamo segnalato, ma non è stata riparata. Inoltre il bagno offre zero privacy. Sarebbe meglio mettere il vetro sabbiato anche nella doccia, non solo nella zona wc

Hotel molt ben situat per visitar el centre de Barcelona a peu. També hi ha línia de metro molt a prop. Mobles funcionals, llit còmode, colors cridaners, habitació ben equipada... Aire juvenil. Esmorzar variat I molt bo. Personal molt amable.
