Pros:

I particularly appreciated the hotel's location, which made our stay easier because everything was very close by: the metro, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
But also the staff's willingness to help with this.

Cons:

It may still have some shortcomings, but I appreciated the effort they are making to improve it, and the price in combination with the overall stay is something that can be appreciated.

The two guys were friendly

we were advised that the room we were allocated had just been refurbished - not a chance
Only one towel was provided for the two of us.
The floor was very uneven in the bedroom.
A large gap under the bedroom door / door lock did not work.
Gaffa tape on top of the stair carpet holding it down
No one on reception when we arrived or when we left.
Wallpaper peeling of the wall
The TV did not work properly with the control

Pros:

Had a friendly greeting and she explained how I get WiFi and explained about complimentary drinks water coffee etc at reception

Cons:

I know nothing could be done about stairs but I got a shock when I realised I was on the top floor but that was OK I was warned they could not install a lift as it was an old building. Room was stark but it was OK for me it was only one night hotel stay. I was surprised no towels provided during my stay.

Only location was nearby market area.

Cons:

there was only 1 person as staff her name was Carrie. She was only talkative person just talk but never do work. There was no elevator,I have requested to get all room at same floor but I didt get as per request. 2 room at 1 level,2 room and 2nd level and 2 room at 3rd level. we have to lift 50lbs bags upto 3rd level.
Rooms were very small,very conjusted space no fan in any room.

Good hotel for good price in London city centre
Pros:

Great location very easily accessible by bus or even on foot.
The receptionist was lovely and helpful when needed!
Would book again!!!

Cons:

The view from the room wasn’t the best, but if you’re like us who didn’t spend much time at the hotel then it shouldn’t be an issue!
The check in was slightly delayed, but again not a huge issue!

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, una zona muy buena, hay cafeterías y restaurantes cerca. Paradas d autobús y metro a 10 mins andando. También el chico de recepción nos permitió dejar las mochilas después del checkout, eso fue muy amable y no nos cobró ningún extra.

Cons:

Pensaba que sería un hotel, nosotras pagamos 100 la noche, no se cuento suele ser en Londres, peor me pareció un poco caro para la condiciones del lugar. La puerta de la habitación por debajo tenía un espacio lo suficientemente grande como para meter un mano, observar, etc. Sería bueno tener una papelera en la habitación, poner un poco más de gel de baño y cuidar un poco más la zona de té y café.
