Our 3rd stay at the Cork Factory. We have always found it consistent, pleasant and clean.
It's very unfortunate that the bar and restaurant are not open on a Sunday.
The room was large and super comfortable. Plenty of towels and all around a really great find in Lancaster, PA.
I like to have a cup of coffee in my room, can't do that here. But theybdonhave free coffee (really good coffee) in the lobby.
Unique boutique hotel with history
We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open. Also my friend ordered a pack and play and didn’t receive it.
Hotel is cool. Location great. Employees very nice.
The shower was disgusting. Why they put in brown tiles is weird. The grout oozed mold and mildew. It was obvious that the shower had not been properly cleaned for weeks or maybe months. A q-tip run for 3 inches at the base was caked with black goo. Disgusting. No excuse.
Nice clean big rooms and good photos of the cork days
The thermostat was weird and not responsive. Maybe a note on what settings are better would help
Maybe more lights would be good
So very interesting and very clean and comfortable!
Nothing!
Such a cool hotel! Love the pieces of history that are still part of the hotel! It was very clean! I highly recommend eating at Quips Pub which is right across the street (5 minute walk).
I could nit pick little tiny inconveniences but they aren’t worth the mention. It was a great hotel but not perfect. But nothing is perfect.
All good
Cool building, large rooms

Comfortable beds. Clean and tidy.
Smallest TV I have ever seen. They gave us a parking lot room which wasn't so great.
It is a nice unusuall setting hotel, restaurant was not open avery day ,it was nice inside ,did not eat there.Planty parking.Would stay there again. Lobby creates a warm and welcoming first impression with a lot off sitting space.Free morning coffee.
The hotel was perfect for our family- charm and clean and proximity to the college. Perfect spot!
We thought that the hotel was 125 per night and it ended up being more money. I am not sure why this happened? I would like to figure out what happened from the booking to the actual amount charged per room. We had 2 rooms.
It felt surprisingly intimate as large as the building was.
You could hear everybody on the floors above and below you talking.
friendly staff, beautifully designed rooms, great restaurant, and clean!
Everything was great! The location was a bit hidden but easy to get to once you were there.
Great location; spacious, well designed room; friendly staff!
Nothing.
