Beautiful aesthetic. Once the bar/restaurant opened it was terrific! Very welcoming staff!
We arrived hungry and it was a challenge to find nutritious tasty food. But that is merely feedback — not a complaint.
We loved absolutely everything. The decor was beautiful. The rooms were absolutely beautiful.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
The hotel was great. Staff was super professional
No fault of the hotel but I got lost a couple of times, as im not familiar with lancaster
I like the reuse of the factory & history of the buildings.
I stayed here years ago & was impressed. This time, not so much. Our room was in adjacent wing of hotel & not as welcoming.
Unique building with history
Receptionist was very pleasant and informative, even though it was later in the day when we checked in.
It is a very unique hotel!
Our room was perfectly decorated, shower was huge & the bed was very comfortable.
THe Resturant was not open ! That was not on the page at booking.
Very clean, very comfortable.
We attended a wedding at the hotel and the amenities were very good. The location was very convenient to the places in the area we wanted to visit. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and efficient.
The small refrigerator in the room did not have a freezer compartment for ice.
No coffee in the room. For the price there should be complimentary breakfast.
The room was spacious and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The shower was roomy and modern. The restaurant was pricy but the Cork burger was great and the wait staff were very nice.
My only complaints were the tiny TV and the air conditioning, which was very loud. It needed to move a lot of air to cool off the large, high-ceilinged room, so I understand why it was so loud, and it did cool off the room very quickly so it didn't run all that often.
The hotel is very unique. It's an old building that is beautifully maintained. The room was large and ceilings super high. All around such a lovely stay, considerably better than a standard chain but similarly priced.
No complimentary breakfast
Loved the repurposed mill as a lodging facility! Restoration work was thoughtful, respectful, and executed well. Thank you for leaving character like the original floors, trusses and framing... yeah it may not be perfect like new construction, but it helps one appreciate the authenticity of the place. On the top floor the soaring ceilings with the open trusses was over the top cool. The bathroom was well thought out, functionally excellent and spacious... as was the room.
The vibe is a respectful and trendy blend of the historic structure, and a clean, modern, comfortable interpretation of what lodging should be.
The one thing that seemed less than perfect was the sound transmission up near the roof or ceiling from an adjacent room. Thankfully the neighbors were quiet, but that's the reason I was hesitant for those with pets or families.
Restaurant was not open Mon or Tues.
Only disappointment.
