Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

The AC unit in the room was deafening. The first night it would turn on and off every so often and wake me out of dead sleep so I couldn't sleep at all. When we told the staff they said they would have maintenance look at it. The next night it was the same so we had to shut it off for the night which lead to the room being cold.

Maintenance needs to improve. Front desk staff was wonderful.
Pros:

Location. Decent hot breakfast. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Cons:

Elevator didn’t work always. Ice machine was broken. The flush had issues.
