If not for the elevator the stay was fine
Pros:

Great

Cons:

My friend was stuck in the elevator. Prior to that if you wanted to use the elevator, you would have to call front desk to let them know that we were using the elevator that was only going downstairs. My friend got stuck, trying to go upstairs.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and daily house keeping was a good touch

Cons:

Broken elevators, had to take steps or call from desk to open,a very very hug inconvenience , then had water issue with the toilet, no one came through to fix, lastly last 3 days the pancake machine at breakfast was not working

Not pleasant. Only 1 helpful front desk worker out of the 4 I spoke to. We were only given a $20 discount for the inconv
Cons:

The entire hotel has 1 cart to bring all your belongings from your car, so if it’s being used you have to carry everything in separate trips like we did. The hot water was also not working during our stay so we had to take cold showers.

Overall convenient and easy stay
Pros:

The location is extremely convenient for travel to Old Town Alexandria or the National Harbor. I traveled less than 15 minutes by car to the Gaylord at the National Harbor. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I came downstairs one evening asking for toilet paper, and the front desk lady voluntarily brought it to my room when she didn’t have any immediately on hand. The continental breakfast was tasty; nothing too fancy, but there was hot food. The breakfast sitting area was also open during the evening if you wanted to sit outside of your room; staff was very chill about us chatting downstairs. The hotel room was pretty clean and decently spacious. I really liked that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave.

Cons:

The building was a little janky. Some of the elevator buttons didn’t work. There was a bit of cobweb underneath my bed, but nothing I couldn’t ignore. There was a slight buzzing sound from an electronic in my room, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping.
