My stay was amazing.
Pros:

It was super comfortable and the breakfast was amazing and the check out time was perfect. I had an amazing stay.

Cons:

They need to fix the elevator but there was someone always at the front desk when the elevator needed to be called up, but other than that it was great.

No complaints , this was my second time there, will stay again when I visit virginia.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and clean.

Cons:

The parking lot, you had to come in through the front but not enough spaces.

It wasn’t the property so much, as it was other customers. They were running around all hours of the night, slamming doors, yelling .. it was very hard to sleep

Unfriendly service and broken elevators. No hot tub or shuttle as advertised on website.
Pros:

Upon check-in the front desk person struggled with checking us into our pre-paid hotel reservation. We were told it was because we booked through a third party Priceline, which I did not. The girl spoke so softly we could not hear her. When asked to speak up she continued her flat, unfriendly demeanor. I booked through the hotel site and at no time was it disclosed a third party was handling our reservation. There should be disclosure to the customer when that happens. It seems a third party reservation suggests we are a lesser customer based on the very poor customer service we received. We paid $1252 for 5 days so our reservation wasn’t inexpensive. Staff not welcoming, not good morning, no smiles or friendliness.

The hotel amenities indicated a shuttle was available to take us to Huntington Metro. NOT TRUE.

On Wed morning the elevators broke down and as of Fri they still weren’t fixed. Ice machine broken entire stay. Had to get ice from different floor and the elevators down.

The juice service was not clean, 5 days overflow.
The hot food receptacles would not stay up while trying to get our food. The scrambled eggs were not real and did not taste good.

We left a day early and have not looked back. Do
not recommend this hotel.

If not for the elevator the stay was fine
Pros:

Great

Cons:

My friend was stuck in the elevator. Prior to that if you wanted to use the elevator, you would have to call front desk to let them know that we were using the elevator that was only going downstairs. My friend got stuck, trying to go upstairs.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and daily house keeping was a good touch

Cons:

Broken elevators, had to take steps or call from desk to open,a very very hug inconvenience , then had water issue with the toilet, no one came through to fix, lastly last 3 days the pancake machine at breakfast was not working
