Friendly
Clean
Clean room.
We had to call the desk at 8:50 for the people qabove us jumping, running and screaming. They addressed the issue as they calmed down. But around 10 pm the people above us got louder and even yelling screaming and running all over the place again. When management talked to them it got worse for about 15 minutes before they got quiet. I'm a retired marine and you would not have liked me handling this situation on my terms.
Location and breakfast.
A little loud room facing interstate.
Not a lot
Area crowded with other hotels and apartments directly on top of it with reduced parking. Right next to I-74 and very loud, hard to sleep. Too much local foot traffic. Nothing for refreshment or food within walking distance. No privacy
Ample parking
It was kind of hidden. It appeared to be an older hotel that was cleaned up.
Great room - spacious, clean, cool. Food was great with good selection for breakfast. Pool was warm water and clean. Nice outdoor area for pool also.
Nothing
Food wasn't bad, staff were friendly, and it wasn't a bad stay.
The pull out bed was horrible. Mattress was nothing but springs and we decided not to use it.
Spacious room, good shower pressure. Lots of counter space and 3 large drawers. Parking lot near doors. Very good breakfast that was offered early(6:30am) on the weekend so could eat before going to our event both days!
Both queen beds had uneven firmness, very uncomfortable (the mattresses should be replaced). The room was dark, lacked any lighting except at the desk and the night stand between the beds. No "do not disturb" door sign, I had to ask for it at the desk. No coffee maker in the room, I was able to get one by asking at the desk ( I make tea or coffee while I am in the room to relax. Having it available in the the lobby is fine, but you need to get dressed to leave your room to get it. I thought the rate was a bit high for the property and its location.
Staff was great. Good location.
Where do I start. The room was iffy at best. Bathroom was dirty. The remote to the TV should have been condemned. It was sticky and disgusting. I cleaned it with a Clorox wipe - yuck! Bed was so so. Pool was cold. No switch plates on light sockets in the pool area. Where the smoke detector should have been was just wires hanging down.
I booked a room on booking.com for a 2 Queen bed room. They said we are overbooked and I got a King bed with a sofa "sleeper". Bullshit experience. Do Not Overbook
