Adequate
Pros:

Good location beside the Bund and convenient for my business meetings, with close access to the BFC restaurants across the road. The bed was comfortable and room spacious.

Cons:

Having stayed at other Hotel Indigos I like the concept of each property being unique and carrying elements of the local neighbourhood - but as other reviews have said this property feels quite tired now - with areas like the gym clearly needing an upgrade. The gym was also a sweltering 28c on my last morning with no sign of working aircon!
To order ala carte items from the menu was also trickier than it should have been at breakfast - without anyone proactively asking you for an order or offering tea or coffee when seated. Service levels could be raised.

Nice Hotel, Great Location!
Pros:

The rooms are very nice and a bit quirky. The views on the river side are stunning and a must if you stay at this location. I even leave my curtains and blinds open all night.

Cons:

The lift entrances on all floors are far too dark and you can often miss your lift door opening. The reception area is looking a bit tired now and needs a face lift as does the balcony bar which is in urgent need of an upgrade.

Pros:

Fab location at the south end of the Bund with amazing views from the room and rooftop bar (took so many photos!). I had a room at the side so the view was straight down the Bund but you may prefer one on the river side to have a better view of the Pudong skyscrapers. Eclectic room design and furnishings, which I liked. The view and location gets the 4 stars, but other aspects were a little more 3 star, e.g. not very friendly reception staff, no concierge (that I saw), no lobby bar or cafe, breakfast was good but not special, and there was a need of some upgrading in some areas. But was only there 2 nights and recommend overall.

Hôtel sympa mais n’est pas à la hauteur du qualité/prix
Pros:

Le rooftop ainsi que la vue est exceptionnelle. L’hôtel est à côté du Bund et de nombreux magasins, ce qui reste très pratique.

Cons:

L’hôtel a besoin d’un rafraîchissement, catelles cassées, écoulement bruyant, et d’autres détails qui ne répondent au standing attendu.

Not worth it
Pros:

First night was ok, second night was not

Cons:

We never got to try any of the hotel facilities as everything went into lockdown for unknown reason and without a warning for most of the duration of our stay. Cops everywhere. We had to close curtains permanently so the room with a view wasn’t worth it

Pros:

Вид замечательный. Особенно у номеров, которые выходят окнами на реку. Есть еще бар на 30-м этаже - оттуда вообще город как на ладони. Номер неплохой, но маленький для таких денег. Расположение очень удобное. Рядом набережная и парк Юйюань.

Cons:

В номерах мало принадлежностей для гигиены. Нет расчёсок, Щетку выдали только по просьбе, в номера их заранее не кладут. Очень скользкий пол: в тапочках раза три чуть не упала. Особенно на входе в ванную комнату и туалет.
В отеле на первом этаже отсутствует лобби. Т.е стойка для регистрации есть, а кафе и кресла, где можно посидеть и провести встречу - нет. Очень неудобно. Вообще сидячих мест всего 4, есть деревянная реечная панель очень убитого вида, где посидеть просто невозможно.
