Fabulous location , helpful staff, great pool. Didn’t have breakfast or use the restaurant. Rooftop bar was a bit tacky, and very very over priced drinks.

Cons:

Roof top bar could be improved, overpriced, outside were uncomfortable seats or you had to reserve seats even as hotel guests, mean drinks and limited choice considering the price.

Staff at the front office deducted the deposit WITHOUT NOTICE and mentioned that I will receive the fund back on the same day after checking out....

7 hrs passed until now, no communicate no update not received the funds back

Pls consider if you wanna stay at this place, tne hotel staff working not PROFESSIONAL at all

A comfortable stay in an unbeatable location with excellent staff and easy access to everything Shanghai has to offer.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable, right on the Bund with stunning views and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel was very comfortable throughout our stay, and the staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. It was the perfect base for exploring Shanghai.

Pros:

I like the location and cleanliness although the room was made up quite late each day.

Cons:

I found the hotel a bit jaded and tired for a 5 star hotel. Needs a refresh. Reception staff were a bit indifferent and casual. The breakfast was very poor - bland food - a bit cheap. Looks like a hotel struggling to save money. I wouldn’t mind but they charge 5 star prices

Pros:

I was upgraded to a corner room with a view of the river and it was wonderful. The check in desk was also very personable and helpful. Across the street are a variety of places to eat - perfect location.

Pros:

I had a very comfy room overlooking the river and I loved the location with skyline view. Breakfast selection was very good. I was granted late check out at 2 w/o additional cost.

Cons:

Location at the river is great, but don’t underestimate the noise the vessels on the river make. Restaurants and skyline bar could do with an update for more up to date and comfy feeling. Staff on the rooftop terrace were smoking. When making the booking of the room, the price changed from 490€ for 2 nights to 570€ and neither the hotel nor booking could help me here. Booking granted a 25€ bonus in my wallet though.

Hotel umieszczony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.
Śniadanie średnie, ale na duży plus to możliwość zabrania na wynos śniadania.
Pkoje z widokiem na rzekę, nie zawsze oznaczają widok na wiezowce, szczególnie dla pokoi z 2 łóżkami osobnymi.

Cons:

Hotel ma swoje lata, i cena nie jest adekwatna do jego stanu. Jedyne uzasadnienie ceny to widok.

Unbeatable view and a beautiful and spacious room.
Pros:

The free upgrade to a room with a view was a fantastic deal with booking.com. We had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the skyscrapers. Reception staff were great. Giving us a later check out and storing our luggage while we explored Shanghai. Thank you to the hotel too for the birthday cake that was sent to the room.

Cons:

The elevator and corridors were a bit too dark.
