The walls seem a bit thin
Very Clean, breakfast was free for me & my girls with purchase of room
We traveled all the way from Florida for our kids spring break, booked this specific location for the pool & it wasn't open.. my girls was excited to go swimming while we was visiting..either price of the room we expected the it to be open.. that really was a bummer
Quiet & cozy
Room was clean. King bed was a "real" king bed, not a pair of pushed-together twins. Breakfast was OK. Keurig in the room as well as small refrigerator and MW.
Service was to be every other day. Our service person knocked before we were ready on Day Two and did not come back. "I called out from bed: "Please come back a little later." We had no service for a three-day stay. As a "friend of the earth," I am OK with towels and linens every other day, but the room should be looked at, water and coffee/tea replenished and waste baskets emptied.
At 10:00 AM on the day we were supposed to have service there was a maid out side. She spoke no English at all. At my hand-signaling she came to the room. "Please clean,"I asked but she never did come back. This isn't so much an issue with the people who clean the rooms. This is poor management on the part of Hilton. There should be mentoring or rudimentary basic English taught to staff. Because the maid had no English, she obviously did not understand "Please come back a little later."
In the room there were no glasses, just a few paper cups. On the second day evening when we discovered the room had not been received service, I went to the desk to explain what happened and to request coffee pods and clean paper cups. I was told that they only had two pods left, but that I was welcome to them.
Shower pressure was good, but there was no exhaust fan in the bath, so the room fogged up. We were not looking for a palace; we were visiting family.
This would have been an adequate experience for a budget motel, but for a Hilton property, this was a disappointment. Value for dollars not good.

After paying in full to reserve my room several months in advance. Then had to pay again once I got to the property. Booking.com or Hilton owes me my money back for having to pay twice for the same room.
