My Booking.com states in writing that breakfast was included in the final price. My final invoice includes the cost of my two breakfasts. My wife did not eat breakfast either day. I am requesting a refund for the charges related to my breakfasts.

The hotel staff was GREAT, except our maid. I think she did not speak English. The breakfast at the in-house restaurant was sooooooo Good! Portions exceeded expectation & staff was still friendly and accommodating even though they were overwhelmed with so many customers. The refrigerator went out our room & another was brought in within 30 minutes.
We asked the maid to reclean the toilet and was told we needed to tell front desk. We went to store for cleaner to do ourselves. There was a bug (thought it was a booger) on side wall next to entrance door of room, was removed with Clorox wipe.
Friendliness and helpfulness of all the people working at the hotel. Very clean and modern!
My shower door would roll open while I showered. So water went all over the bathroom floor. I tried to figure it out but did not succeed. I did not tell anyone at the hotel. Room 329.

The location
I booked for a king bedroom and when I got to the hotel they didn’t have any room besides twins. Also tried to charge more than what I actually booked the room for.
Everything! The staff was amazing! All the front desk, housekeeping, and bartender. Byron was wonderful to us. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed!
Very clean , friendly staff .
Well I traveled there for a graduation our other family members received a complementary breakfast , but when I asked the desk clerk was really rude , and did not tell me more about the breakfast .
I did like the place I just felt that the desk clerk could have been a little nicer .
