Pros:

Employees are really helpful and they try to find solutions for your problems even it is a sponteanius or a critical one. They helped us by talking to taxi driver to let us drop off close to train platforms which saved our journey to Florence, otherwise we could easily miss our train.

Cons:

Missing information for the city taxes. The information should have been given in advance or at least before booking it as it might affect your decision in respect of total price performance balance.
Great variety of breakfast and extremely helpfull employees who are ready to assist you every morning however you may understand from the smell that the forks and spoons are cleaned by hands which gives kind of uncomfortable feeling if you are sensitive to such smell.
Information about avaliability of the rooms for those who need early check in might have been given clearly in advance.

Hotel tranquilo y con encanto
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, la calidad del desayuno, la tranquilidad de la zona. Habitación muy grande .

Cons:

Necesita una renovación, sobre todo la ducha, la cual tiene humedades por falta de mantenimiento. Deben limpiar mejor las habitaciones, no solo hacer la cama y cambiar las toallas. No limpiaron el suelo durante nuestra estancia de varios días ni cambiaron un vaso usado por uno limpio.

Eccellente esperienza
Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente. Ho apprezzato l'impegno per l'ecosostenibilita', la pulizia e la cordialità del personale. Presenza al minimo della plastica, in bagno presenti prodotti per l'igiene ricaricabili. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza del latte corpo, che non è scontato negli hotel. Colazione ottima, prodotti di qualità dal pane alle marmellatine in vetro.
Consiglierei la presenza di un piccolo cestino sui tavoli per la colazione, così da evitare che il tavolo si riempia di bustine di zucchero , carte, vasetti etc
Camera molto ampia.

Pros:

The location is excellent and perfect for exploring Bologna. The rooms are very spacious, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good. Everything was generally clean.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit outdated and the toilet was placed very close to the wall, which made it uncomfortable to sit properly. There was also no proper duvet cover, only a sheet with a bare blanket on top. Our room was also a bit difficult to reach: first several stairs up and then down again through very narrow staircases, almost like entering a basement area. With suitcases this was quite difficult, especially with an injured leg. For a 4-star hotel, I would also have expected at least a complimentary bottle of water.

struttura elegante, in una zona splendida di Bologna. giardino e corte interna curatissimi. interni piacevoli come design e colori. tanto silenzio la notte, camera bella e letti comodi. personale professionale. zona colazione meravigliosa e cibo buono

manca caffè in stanza...basterebbe anche quello solubile. alcune dotazioni (fazzoletti a strappo) scelte "in economia". è un quattro stelle e ci si aspetterebbe un piccolo sforzo in più
