Pros:

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has a lovely atmosphere and the courtroom garden, where breakfast is taken, is extremely pleasant and very well cared for..... a real bonus. The staff were helpful and professional, especially Matt (Matea) who was really friendly and informative.
The walk to Piazza Maggiore is approximately 10 minutes but is an interesting walk with things to look at on the way.
Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to other people. I had a garden courtyard view from my room which was just what I appreciated.

Excellent place to stay in Bologna
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was no dedicated parking of the hotel, but a nice private parking was nearby.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación. Desayuno variado y buen producto. Una atención excelente por parte de los camareros

Cons:

No hubo nada que no me gustara, el hotel cumplió mis expectativas. Me tocó una habitación un poco pequeña para un hotel de 4 estrellas pero estaba muy limpia y tenía todo lo necesario para un buen descanso.

A friendly hotel set n a beautiful garden
Pros:

The garden is lovely, and the staff was extremely personable and helpful. They engaged in friendly conversation, and gladly obliged when mi asked for a different room. The breakfast room staff was also really accommodating, and always on the scene with more coffee and taking care of other requests.

Cons:

My single room was comfortable enough, but quite small and rather spartan, with no furnishings other than a single bed against the wall, a small desk, and a stool. It did have French doors to the garden, so I could easily step out and sit there. Given the size and limited facilities in the room, I felt it should been listed as economy and priced a bit lower than it was.

Achtung: Viele Zimmer schön, manche hässlich
Pros:

Gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Das Haupthaus mit dem Garten scheinen hübsch zu sein.
Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Tipp: Darauf achten, kein Zimmer mit einer 400-Nummer zu bekommen. Diese Zimmer sind nicht im eigentlichen Hotel, sondern sehr lieblos eingerichtete Räume in einem hässlichen, lauten Reihenhaus in der Nähe des eigentlichen Hotels. Leider waren wir dort untergebracht, sodass der Aufenthalt enttäuschend war.

El desayuno, la tranquilidad, los empleados y la limpieza

Cons:

Cogimos dos habitaciones una en el hotel y otra en un edificio contiguo. En la habitación de hotel no habia wifi, la tele era antigua. En la parte de la habitación fuera del hotel si había wifi aunque había escaleras , a tener en cuenta.
