Tutto ok
Estancia muy agradable. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la zona es súper tranquila y la terraza interior es muy bonita. El desayuno también está bastante bien.
Destacar sobre todo la amabilidad de la chica de recepción y del personal del buffet, todos muy atentos y agradables.
En general, buena experiencia y muy buen trato por parte del personal.
Como pequeños puntos a mejorar, el suelo de la habitación tenía algunas manchas negras y el colchón estaba un poco deformado. También faltaban enchufes tipo F (Schuko), ya que ninguno de los enchufes de la habitación eran compatibles.

Emplacement parfait à 10mm du centre rue tres calme hôtel avec beaucoup de charme plusieurs bâtiments séparés par des courettes avec mobilier de jardin arbres et plantes atmosphère tres paisible chambre bien équipée petit déjeuner copieux et varié
La Parking est à 20m de l'hôtel tres petit les voitures sont garées comme on peut ce qui oblige à laisser ses clés car elles sont régulièrement bougées resultat notre coque de rétroviseur a été rayé
Nous avions le bruit du moteur de la climatisation de la chambre au dessus qui faisait un bruit infernal toute la nuit du coup nous avons mal dormi
La poignée d'unefenêtre de notre chambre ne fermait plus le volet a été bloqué du coup il faisait tres sombre dans la chambre
Personale gentilissimo e accogliente
Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta, viihtyisä ja hyvä aamupala puutarhassa. Hotelli rauhallisella alueella muttei liian kaukana keskustasta.
Hotelli ei missään nimessä ole 4 tähden hotelli. Huone oli vanha ja kulahtanut, ei vastannut kuvia. Sängyt olivat todella pehmeät. Huoneessa ei ollut myöskään viinilaseja saati pullonavaajaa.
We chose Hotel Porta San Mamolo because it was located within the old city walls and has private parking. We were not disappointed. The hotel is only a short walk from the city centre which was busy in July with many activities and restaurants/bars to explore. We took an inner city small bus tour and walked to the national art gallery (pinoteca) in the university area which was very interesting. We particularly enjoyed the resaurant Osteria Le Mura right opposite the hotel! Access to the private parking is very tight but hotel staff handle the parking for you.
The breakfast was actually good but the breakfast area was rather busy on the two days we stayed, making it feel crowded and noisy with handling of dishes as well. A minor point really, as our stay was in July!

Het ontbijt was erg goed.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamer was ook prima, goed koel te houden.
De douche was goed, de waterdruk was prima. Het water was ook goed drinkbaar

More areas to lounge would have been nice
Great location, very close to the old town centre. The breakfast is great and the staff were all very helpful. Great option for a long weekend stay in the city
