Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Multiple reports of dirty carpet and curtains on arrival, mould in showers, blocked drains and inconsistent housekeeping; some guests did note clean rooms, so cleanliness is mixed but below expectations.
Service
8.8
Staff often described as friendly and helpful (early check-in, complimentary breakfast, concierge/reception positives) but there are notable instances of unprofessional or unfriendly behaviour and slow restaurant service — overall generally good but inconsistent.
Location
8.4
Convenient for SAW airport and parking, but several guests noted the surrounding area as poor and that the location is less convenient without a car.
Room Quality
8.1
Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable with occasional upgrades and good amenities, but several guests reported A/C failures, temperature control/water issues and some mould or maintenance problems.
Amenities
9.3
Spa, rooftop bar/terrace and parking receive strong praise (spa repeatedly called excellent); some issues noted with the club offering, but overall amenities are a clear strength.
Value for Money
8.2
Mixed perceptions on price-performance: some guests felt short of five-star expectations, while others appreciated upgrades, parking and included breakfast — overall slightly above average value.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast is generally rated good/okay and spa/restaurant food described as reasonable; however, some guest complaints about restaurant speed, service and occasional low food quality.
Overall Experience
9.2
Guest experiences vary widely from memorable, excellent stays (early check-in, complimentary breakfast, spa) to deeply disappointing ones (cleanliness, service lapses). On balance many positive amenity and service moments lead to an overall favorable impression with notable inconsistency.

Pros:

Konaklamam mükemmel geçti. Başta önbüro olmak üzere tüm ekibe teşekkür ederim. Tüm isteklerimiz hızlıca karşılandı. Odalar tertemizdi ve kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Bir dahaki konaklamamda tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

Herşey yolundaydı.
