Det var fint i rummet och allmänt så fanns det pool gym, osv

Cons:

Det som inte var bra med boendet var framför allt bemötandet den första dagen. Personen som tog emot oss var väldigt kall och otrevlig i sitt bemötande och log inte ens. Vid flera tillfällen kommenterade han att vi hade fått boendet till ett billigare pris och att han själv inte skulle ha gett oss samma pris. Anledningen till det lägre priset var helt enkelt att vi hade fått cirka 10 % rabatt via bokningssidan, eftersom jag ofta bokar hotell genom dem. Jag upplevde därför hans kommentarer som onödiga och inte särskilt professionella.

En annan sak som var väldigt tråkig var situationen vid inomhuspoolen, som mina barn verkligen tyckte om att bada och simma i. Där fanns en personal som ibland höll privata simlektioner för andra barn. Under dessa lektioner kunde mina barn inte använda poolen normalt och behövde ibland lämna den. Jag tycker att det är väldigt oprofessionellt att hotellgäster begränsas från att använda en gemensam pool på grund av privata simlektioner.

location is not perfect unless you have car , cold water pressure in the bathroom are very weak ,struggle to shower and control the hot water .

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – weit unter Fünf-Sterne-Niveau
Cons:

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber (verschmutzter Teppich und Gardinen), die Dusche war undicht und die Wassertemperatur schwankte ständig zwischen heiß und kalt. Zudem fiel das Wasser für etwa eine Stunde komplett aus.
Besonders enttäuschend war der Service. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant wurden wir unfreundlich und unprofessionell behandelt. Im Restaurant mussten wir trotz kaum vorhandener Gäste lange auf Getränke und Essen warten, und auch die Qualität der Speisen war sehr enttäuschend. Selbst die Mitarbeiter auf der Rooftop-Terrasse und an der Rezeption wirkten genervt und unfreundlich, sodass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht willkommen fühlten.
Insgesamt entsprachen weder die Sauberkeit, der Service noch die Qualität des Hotels dem Standard, den wir von einem Marriott-Fünf-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hätten. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und würden dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

I fell in the sauna area because the floors were very wet & slippery . I would suggest some non slip mats from jacuzzi to sauna shower area.

Im großen und ganzen war es ok

Es war eigentlich ganz gewöhnlicher Hotel Aufenthalt

Also diese traditionelle Simit - Beagle waren glaub ich 3 oder schon 4 tage alt trocken bist zum geht nicht mehr !!
Die Dusche war verstopft und was ich ja garnicht verstehe warum sie da nicht einfach mal alles richtig kontrollieren.

Marriot really (not as good asTravelodge)
Pros:

Staff were friendly but down trodden and largely ineffective

Cons:

First room a/c not working stuck on 26C handle flew off the window arrived 4 am so went to bed
Second room upgrade a/c and shower not working part flew off ishower when switched on
Third room NO WI-FI severe mould infection in shower which would concern some allergy sufferers
One bathrobe to share one sleeve each three rooms four nights,
Never seen a Marriot like this in 45 countries and 30 years travelling over 1500 flights
