Pros:

The location was ideal- about a kilometer from where my conference was held, with an easy walking path. The hotel room was well appointed, I was pleasantly surprised with the robes and other amenities provided. I will definitely be staying again if I need to go to York

Pros:

The location worked for us and the staff was tremendous. We had a 2 room suite which was perfect for our stay. It was super clean, quiet and easy parking. A great stay.

Walls are thin, you can hear other guest talking. Intense febreeze scent to cover odor upon initial arrive.

Pros:

Room was spotless, bathroom a little tight. No microwave but had a small fridge. The soaps and shampoo and lotion were very small. Perhaps an update with wall dispensers could be done. No full length mirror no makeup mirror. Quiet safe neighborhood. Hallway looked tired, perhaps that area can be updated and it would look better. Not sound proofed.

GROSS STAY AWAY
Pros:

Gross and musty smell, no windows, felt trapped and depressed. Paying $250 for deplorable conditions, even though a refund was offered, was terrible. At late hour in in horrendous traffic, we had no alternative arrangements to make. Will never return. Not a real hotel. Had to leave door open all night to try to ventilate. I am asthmatic and have a terrible headache and feel ill. STAY AWAY.

We had a wonderful stay. TTC a few steps away. Kitchenette was ideal. Separate bedroom area. Staff was very accommodating in providing extra pillows, extra water bottles and coffee pods.
We will definitely stay here again!

MISREPRESENTED PROPERTY
Pros:

MISREPRESENTED as a one story- no elevator - two stories- had to carry our stuff up TWO flights- Says premium cable TV but NO CABLE NO live stations at all!!! Roku TV old programs only. No hair dryer. Nothing to hold onto in tub- safety hazard! No closet. Dirty carpet. Makeshift hotel - owner/family seem to live there in first floor.

When you walk in you can smell the clean from the Pinsol The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient Foyer is bright and clean The room was ok Felt a bit like an “abc” motel walls are super thin and whoever was sleeping in room above us was moving furniture all night But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and clean
Quick walk to where we needed to go so it worked out

Great Location. Small friendly neighborhood hotel.
Pros:

Great location near Yonge Street. Lots of restaurants and things to see and do. It was a 15 minute walk to the subway which we took downtown.

Very responsive staff. It was a small hotel in the middle of a very nice neighborhood.

We had 2 bedrooms, but only needed one.
