I didn't like the jacked up price because of the concert. An extra mirror would have been nice for 2 people getting ready

The positive points of the room far outweighed the negative and we would stay there again.
Pros:

Best points of the hotel: The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very quiet and the location was convenient for our purposes. We enjoyed having the kitchenette so we could make a small breakfast.

Cons:

The rooms had a bit of a shabby look to them and the rug in the bedroom could have used a vacuuming.

Pros:

Le logement est assez spacieux, bien équipé pour un court séjour.
Bien que longeant une rue, l’intérieur de l’hôtel est calme.
Le lit principal est confortable.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes. A notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de serviettes pour la 3e personne, ni le kit de draps pour le canapé lit qui est de plus très inconfortable.
Pas de fenêtres dans l’espace cuisine-salon.
Le centre de Toronto est difficile d’accès.

Our go to spot when we come to the city!
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to get to. Big rooms with a closed door bedroom. Love the fridge, sink and microwave!

Cons:

There’s one small mirror in the bathroom only. Makes it hard for people to get ready at the same time. A full length mirror near the door would be a great addition too and perhaps a smaller one over the desk.

The location was ideal for our one night stay.
Pros:

No restaurant facilities, though located a very short walk to Tim Hortons and major shops at Yonge and Sheppard. The front desk attendant, Raoul was very friendly and accommodating. The 2 bottles of water included were appreciated. On-site, easy parking was a great bonus. The room and facilities were clean.

Cons:

The small kitchen was a nice option. There was no long life/fresh milk options provided. The coffee selection was not drinkable. The pull-out sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable.
