Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to get to. Big rooms with a closed door bedroom. Love the fridge, sink and microwave!
There’s one small mirror in the bathroom only. Makes it hard for people to get ready at the same time. A full length mirror near the door would be a great addition too and perhaps a smaller one over the desk.
No restaurant facilities, though located a very short walk to Tim Hortons and major shops at Yonge and Sheppard. The front desk attendant, Raoul was very friendly and accommodating. The 2 bottles of water included were appreciated. On-site, easy parking was a great bonus. The room and facilities were clean.
The small kitchen was a nice option. There was no long life/fresh milk options provided. The coffee selection was not drinkable. The pull-out sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable.
I would have appreciated a thinner pillow. All pillows in the unit were extremely thick and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Unfortunately, there is not much I liked about the property. They did a good job with the pictures, as the bright, modern place you see in those does not correspond with the actual vibe of the place: sad, gloomy and old.
Room was kept every day, with towels changed and beds made. AC worked well.
Some of the disappointing things of our stay are due to me not doing my research better. For example , the place offers no breakfast and it is far away from the subway (15 mins walk is easier said than done depending on weather); and then the subway is like a 30mins ride from downtown.
Parking is free but it consists only of a few spots next to the side of the building, it is not a proper parking.
The property has no elevator, and they didn’t offer help carrying our luggage up, so be ready to haul your luggage up and down the stairs on your own.
Our room was a junior suite but very small for that denomination. It was booked for 3 people: our son was going to use the sofa bed.
Once the sofa bed was opened, you had to jump over it to get to the bathroom and other side of the room.
The sofa bed per se was a laughable piece of crappy furniture, obsolete and uncomfortable, I was so sad my son had to sleep in there. You could feel the springs against your body when lying in there. Not dignified at all.
When we got there tired and hoping for a nap, the sofa was not even ready, we had to ask for it. They said they made it “upon request” but they knew they were receiving 3 guests? Unprofessional and weird.
The room was not prepared for 3 guests, it had 2 of everything, including towels. We requested more towels and toiletries, that are provided in those tiny sample bottles that we had to request almost one by one.
Outdated bathroom is an understatement. Old toilet, small and low-seating, old shower and bathroom ceiling with stains and in need of repair. Kitchenette was very old and outdated too, with ancient appliances. The vibe of the room was gloomy and depressing, small and badly lit. The main door has gaps that let the light from the hallway in at night.
The bed was ok, comfortable enough but nothing extra.
