Several disappointing things Very busy and no time to go complain so just had to deal

There was dead lizards on sticky traps in our room The kids found them and were freaking out The hot tub in pool was very dirty and had an Oder several people commenting on it and everyone staying out No waffle mix at breakfast that everyone was wanting

Location good for us. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Woke up to no AC. Husband went to front desk to report. Lady said as soon as maint. got there they would come see about it. We checked out at 9:30 no one had shown up to see about it.

Pool was very cloudy!

The staff are exceptional.

Cons:

The property is mainly used by workers in the surrounding areas that work nights or very early days - so there is a lot of noise constantly. You can hear conversations in the halls and through the walls with doors opening and closing at all hours. Everyone was very nice but I was not able to rest at night or relax with all of the noise.
