I would stay again.
Pros:

I like that room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I did not need them but it was nice to know that if I did need them there were washing machines available.

Cons:

No fault of the staff, but there was a mishap with the waffle machine, and I was actually looking forward to having a waffle. I also would have liked some bacon with my eggs, but there was only sausage.

Overall we had a great stay and would probably book here again in the future.
Pros:

The hotel overall has a nice appearance and is welcoming on arrival. It's easy to access as it's located off of a main road. It has been updated so that was a plus for us! The room overall was nice, quaint and quiet. It's close to convenience stores and eateries for everyone to enjoy. We visited Kemah Boardwalk while there and it was only like a 15 minute drive.

Cons:

The entire hotel had a mugginess to it, from the hallway and into the room. It became hot and muggy during the night to where it caused the floor to become a little slippery despite the AC being on. The breakfast needs to offer a better variety of meat options. My husband doesn't eat pork and there were only pork sausages, so he only had eggs, breakfast potatoes and a banana. So, they should definitely look into an alternative and put beef or turkey sausage on the menu as well.

Pros:

Very nice facility. One of the best things about the stay was the gentleman that took care of the breakfast area. He was so personable and helpful I asked if he was the owner. Great employee.

Good value, good location, great parking
Pros:

Great location, plenty of parking

Cons:

Bedroom and bathroom floors are polished with polish and air freshener according to the receptionist, the floors are like walking on ice, they are super sloppy and you really need to be careful not to slip and fall, the rooms are super clean but this polishing is making the floor dangerous
