El desayuno me pareció muy bien y la decoración de los espacios comunes también.

Cons:

Las habitaciones muy viejas y la limpieza no era buena. Los baños viejos y mal tenidos también.
No tenía información sobre el restaurant ni nada relacionado con los servicios del hotel.
Un día bajamos a tomar desayuno y no estaba la tarjeta de no molestar y cuando subimos estaba hecha la pieza pero no el baño. Cuando salimos pedí que nos hicieran el baño y cuando llegamos no estaba hecho.
Tratamos también de pedir comida a la habitación y fue imposible por teléfono. Tuvimos que bajar a pedir al restaurant.

En la Suite no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, el agua caliente salía tibia y con poca presión, cortinas en mal estado, y remodelaciones que se notaban a medias. Hotel de gran potencial pero por este precio no puede tener estos defectos

Un hotel que tiene todo para ser bueno, pero no lo es.
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación y las vistas.
Pero la mantención del hotel deja que desear para lo que uno espera.
Y el desayuno no está a la altura de la expectativa.

Cons:

El desayuno muy básico, mal atendido, las cosas se acababan y la reposición muy lenta.

Pros:

Un hotel ya conocido a través de los años… y por lo mismo se está notando el deterioro.

Cons:

Se nota la falta de mantención en cosas tan básicas como el “gancho” para toallas en el baño, falta pintura en su perímetro exterior, puerta de acceso principal desniveladas … o sea se está dejando de cuidar….

los espacios de los salones y el acceso a las diversas partes del hotel, material de para descansar en el lobby y lo amable del todo el personal

Cons:

La falta de acceso a las terrazas para disfrutar de las vistas, la no renovación de algunas áreas, la temperatura de la ducha y el fio del baño, me pareció muy poco amigable esos detalles y tener una estufa eléctrica en la habitación y nada de calefacción en el baño
