All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

La tranquilidad, la ubicación la cordialidad del personal
El bar cerraba muy temprano
La habitación estaba muy cómoda, los desayunos estuvieron excelente, la piscina estaba muy relajante, aprovechamos en familia de relajarnos.
Tal vez que pudieran entrar niños con adultos a jacuzzi y el agua de las duchas del spa un poco más calientita
Hermoso hotel, lleno de detalles que hacian de tu estadia un kugar donde siempre querer volver.
El buffet de desayuno, ya que habia mucha variedad de dulce y poco de salado.
Amabilidad del personal, amplitud de la habitacion y su bano, decoracion sobria y elgante.
Al desayuno habia oferta de cereales, pero no contaban en la vajilla con platos apropiados para cereales (solo platos extendidos). Cuando solicite un plato para ello, me trajeron un pocillo pequeno, claramente no apto para comer cereales con leche/yoghurt u otro.
El Hotel fue excelente, nos quedamos en una Suite, muy espaciosa, por una casualidad llegamos a las 12:00 del día para dejar el vehículo, por que chek in era más tarde, pero ya estaba lista la habitación y pudimos ingresar enseguida y salimos con mas tranquilidad a recorer la ciudad, dentro del hotel, el servicio, restaurant, confort todo excelente.-
Todo fue agradable, nada que indicar de malo.-
La ubicación del hotel y el estilo amplio de los recibos, iving, bar, comedor etc lo hacen muy grato, y la ubicación para bajar al centro de Puerto Varas es muy valorable
Soy cliente de este hotel desde que se re inauguró hace al menos 15 o 20 años. Observo sin embargo, que la mantención no está al nivel de la época de Enjoy
El Spa está muy bien, y el hotel es lindo y está bien ubicado.
los pisos son de alfombra y la pieza olía a encierro. Además en el desayuno no tienen ninguna opción sin gluten, me dijeron que si lo informé al reservar, pero nadie me hizo la consulta, voy a hoteles frecuentemente, y nunca me había pasado que no tuvieran ni siquiera un pan sin gluten.
Lo que más nos gusto fue la piscina techada.
