Payment for reservations is processed within 72 hours of booking (in the case of nonrefundable reservations) or when the cancelation deadline expires for flexible reservations.

Pros:

Equipe muito antipática, pedi no interfone do quarto duas taças para tomar vinho, eles me disseram que não poderiam levar no quarto e que se eu quisesse teria de pegar o elevador , ir ao térreo e pegar, chegando lá me disseram para ir ao restaurante solicitar as taças, fui atendido por um garçom que me trouxe dois copos de tomar agua, eu disse que precisava de duas taças, e ele disse que só poderia me dar os copos, nunca vi isso num hotel de categoria superior, aliás em hotéis simples em cidade pequenas da Argentina, quando eu quis tomar vinho em meu quarto, fui atendido com taças boas sem problemas.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really nice to us and room was very spacious.

Cons:

If you get a room on the main street, it is extremely noisy all night long with people walking past and cars. We barely got any sleep due to the noise.

Overall great place to stay
Pros:

Great location. Centrally located. Staff were great, clean hotel good breakfast options.

Cons:

The rooms were a little to hot. Only way to cool down was to open the window but then had a noisy street.

Cons:

Room was next to lift and very noisy, facing other buildings, no kettle in room, had to walk past guests to use spa, wouldn’t allow breakfast to open 5 min early as left early for flight, previous booking was cancelled by hotel.

Muy buen lugar para vacacionar
Pros:

Se nos había cancelado el vuelo y nos dejaron estar un poco más en la sala de estar sin problemas. En la recepción nos atendieron muy bien, la ubicación es mejor imposible.
