Based on Communication "A" 7630 from the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, all reservations for nonresident passengers in Argentina will be charged in pesos at the exchange rate of the MEP dollar at the time of payment.
For Argentine residents, the peso amount will be calculated according to the official exchange rate of the Banco de la Nación Argentina (selling ticket) at the time of payment.
Payment for reservations is processed within 72 hours of booking (in the case of nonrefundable reservations) or when the cancelation deadline expires for flexible reservations.
Children under 14 years old are not allowed in the SPA. From that age onwards, they can access the SPA under the supervision of an adult.

The staff were not as helpful as with the time we’ve been there previously and the room was much older and tired
En las habitaciones no tenían cafetera, ni pava para xa calentar agua, café, té, edulcorante.
No way to make coffee in the room.
Bad internet service.
Great location in the center of town easy walk to the docks and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Weather was warm so the room was hot. Opening the window meant street noise and open curtains (lots of light from across the street). Thankfully we had sleeping masks.
For breakfast the dining room was very hot as the sun shines in all the glass windows and there are no shades. We wanted shorts and short sleeves when going to eat.
Well positioned in town centre. Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms didn't have air conditioning or fans.Found room noisy but it backed onto main street area.

The restaurant ambiance and decor
The hotel is located right across the street from the port. It was easy to get to from our cruise ship. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful with recommendations. They allowed us to store our luggage until we left later in the day.

The location of the hotel is perfect - right in the centre of Ushuaia and seconds from great shops and coffee shops. The breakfast, bar and facilities were wonderful
Noise! The hardwood floors are noisy, and overlooking the Main Street you hear all the motorbikes hooning up and down into the night. The window was double glazed but slightly warped so although it closed on the locks, there was air moving round the edges which let more noise in than shut out. The staff were slightly dismissive but efficient.

O banheiro não tem lugar para pendurar as toalhas usadas nem prateleira no box para acomodar sabonetes e shampoos dos hóspedes. São pequenas insuficiências que comprometem a experiência.
