Pros:

Arrived in the morning but after breakfast hours had closed. The staff were kind enough to give me a coffee and a plate of food.

Very nice hotel at the end of the world
Pros:

wonderful location before starting a trip to the Antarctica
Very nice restaurant with wonderful food
Rooms are nice but you need to tell them not to spray perfume or air freshener in the room daily if you have lung problems or asthma

Cons:

too hot in hallways
spray rooms with perfume / deodorizer which is awful if you have any allergies

The hotel is in a perfect location in Ushuaia. The public areas are great and facilities like the spa and gym are a nice addition. The rooms are small but generally comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small with not much storage and was a bit tired. The breakfast could be improved; it is quite basic.
